    One of my favorite destinations It was wonderful experience in general. 1- Hospitable hotel staffs all shifts (receptionist, cleaning and room service, Concierge car parking valet). They treated us with love and great positive energy. H St. grille & Lounge is the best place to hang out and have a drink very nice and professional lady bartender Lucia. I recommend this lounge strongly for anybody wants to hang out and experience a friendly environment. The food and drinks are the best.

    This hotel is wonderful we stayed here (2) times and both times everything was seamless. They charge a $50 per night hold for incidentals which can be paid using a debit/credit card. The have parking but be mindful parking is $20/daily. The rooms have balconies which is nice as you’re able to see the outlets from it. Near to the Premium Outlets. They have a breakfast buffet which is included as an option but keep in mind there is a fee. The pool is nice nothing big or fancy to match a report. P.S. Bring your room key when going to the pool as you will get stuck outside. We love this hotel and we are sure you will as well. Let’s talk about the rooms it is so nice and spacious has a sitting area near the bedroom.

    **update*. The on site staff really were wonderful once we arrived for our stay and got passed the initial turbulence. I’m incredibly laid back and easy to please. It takes a truly horrendous experience to get me to leave a review like this. Shady behavior, dishonesty, and lies covered up as “poor communication”. That’s more than I can look past. The hotel lies about everything. Shuttles, amenities, deposits, EVERYTHING! Do not believe anything the front desk tells you by phone unless you record the conversation, and even then don’t expect them to honor anything said on the phone. Better yet - just avoid this hotel altogether! Absolutely worst IHG experience I have ever had. Wow. Stunningly bad. Please please please take my lesson - STAY AWAY!!! This place is awful! The $19 breakfast is inedible -you’ve been warned. I love IHG but this place is THE WORST.

    After finding our hotel we thought we were in a good space after checking in we go to our room to find a tub that look like it had been stripped we did not complain because we were so tired of the long drive that we had so we accepted that the beds oh my gosh was horrible it was kind of sunken in the middle the one near the window after accepting all of this after accepting this because we were very rarely inside of the room the day of our check out about 9:15 or 9:30 in the morning there was a knock on the door it was a housekeeper oh I'm sorry she says the do not disturb sign was on the door I thought maybe she just didn't recognize it 10 minutes later me and my son walk downstairs to take some of our stuff to the car and to check out breakfast as we come back into the room to grab some more things I see my stuff had been sorted out as if I had left them behind mind you check out is not until 11:00 today so I was a little puzzled on why would the housekeeper come back to my room after she knew we were still there and our belongings were every where due to us shopping the day before getting a gathering all our belongings and going to the car for the last time we come back up and try to speak with the housekeeper she does not look our way and now she does not speak English so I go downstairs to speak with someone at the front desk no one's at the desk the first time that I go so we go back to the room once we go back to the room once we go back to the room and we are in the hallway discussing where the shoes could be the housekeeper pops out of a different room and says oh Mommy and pulls my shoe out of a bag that's on her cart after me allowing the hotel to know what happened that we were still there until 11:00 and this lady had been in there to take our things no one has contacted me GM no one from the property gave a damn they asked me did I get my merchandise back I said yes after that no one has called no one has asked any questions so now it's okay for a housekeeper to go in your room and take your things even though there was a lot of things there that gave her no right to go in there when it wasn't even 11:00 and there was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door ,I was asked who was the housekeeper I said you guys should know I was told they're not assigned rooms because they're such a small property that was so very unprofessional unacceptable Ihg would never tolerate things like that not sure what's going on anymore. My word to everyone please be very careful at these hotels these housekeepers can go in your room when you're not there and take little things that you're not aware of and you would think that you left them behind or you would think that you forgot it but the whole while they stole it.

    Arrived at 19th Friday, got two rooms under my names including me and my friends. The gentleman at the front desk spends quite a bit time and can’t find the reservation for the last day on one of the room. That’s fine, I showed him the reservation on my app, problem solved, not smooth but acceptable. Then I asked him to do a late check out for both rooms in Monday, he said yes he can do it, and he did that in front of my face. Got back from Disney last night, exhausted as hell, double checked with the old lady at the front desk if I had late checkout at 2pm in Monday, she said no, nobody put any note against either of the rooms. I was kinda unhappy at that time but it’s ok, she said she did that for me and thanks for being a platinum member. And guess what, a dire ringing woke me at 11am in today morning, asked me when can I checkout. Good lord I said I had 2pm check out. The lady on the other side told me no you don’t. But I can do it for you. Then best part coming, 40 mins later janitor pounding on my door like a FBI agent asking me out, I told the lady I have late checkout at 2. She was surprised like no one told her anything about it. Btw I have the do not disturb tag on for the WHOLE TIME. Worst experience ever, won’t come back again, no wonder you guys can’t compete with Marriott Hilton and Hyatt. Motel level service. Oh I forgot they called me again in Sunday for checkout time since they can’t find the reservation for the last day. Definitely gonna avoid IHG going forward. Lousy work.
