  I was sitting in my room this morning working on my computer and a lady from housekeeping just opened my door, saw I was in the room, then just walked quickly down the hallway. She did not knock, she did not announce herself. My gut tells me that since she was running down the hall when i looked out that she was attempting to enter an empty room for the purpose of stealing things- she did not have her cleaning cart, she didn't knock, she didn't say anything... just unlocked my door, looked inside, then ran away. I would not recommend anyone staying here, as that is very sketchy and unsafe. I have also just tried to call the front desk two times from my room phone, and it simply rings and rings and rings. No one will pick up the phone. This is just flat out unacceptable for any major hotel.

  My husband and I initially booked for a Friday night, then decided to add another night to stay Saturday as well. What was NOT acceptable was that at no point in our online reservation was it mentioned that there would be an additional parking fee at the resort! It only mentioned $22.50 (which we don't actually know if that's the parking fee). I think it's fair that they also mention this parking fee so we have an idea and aren't surprised at check-in. They didn't tell us about this fee on Friday, but only on the second night we added! Another unpleasant thing was that when we returned to our room, we saw that the cleaning service hadn't been done. They arrived late, and we were in the room. The person asked us if we needed the service, and we only asked for clean towels and soap. As for the location, it's excellent, and the rooms are comfortable.

  Recently stayed on a quick family vacation that we booked at the last minute. We arrived at the hotel and was greeted with a warm welcome by the you man at the front desk. We asked for a room on a higher floor hoping to be able to see the Disney fireworks and to our surprise we were able to view the fireworks. The only issue we had with the room was there were no chairs on our balcony. We decided to have dinner in the hotel, and we are so thankful we did, again we were met by a very nice bartender name Jairo who not only was a great server but was able to give us information on the area. I am so thankful that we choose this hotel and will be returning.

  Don’t stay here if you have a choice. There’s a lot of hidden fees ($70 worth) not stated up front. From the $40 resort and parking fee to the $25 per person breakfast fee. The room is large, but generally not well maintained. My shower was clogged which I found on the morning of my checkout and was likely not addressed for the previous guest. Nothing says resort like standing in a pool of your own soup while trying to shower. Should you encounter a problem during your stay, don’t expect the staff to do anything at all. Believe me, being nice and understanding about issues will get you no where at this place. So seriously consider paying the extra money to stay to stay somewhere else, if it costs less than $70 a night more, you’ll actually be saving money (single day receipt with added hidden fees attached).

  We stayed with my family for the weekend and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, very close to Walt Disney World, which made everything much more convenient. We loved the room, and the pool was one of my kids’ favorite spots , they enjoyed it so much. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with great variety and quality. Araceli and Henry provided spectacular service always kind and attentive. Chef Julio also went above and beyond for us ( even though it wasn’t on the menu, he offered to prepare huevos perico and tostones for us) Such a thoughtful gesture that truly made a difference. We will definitely be back in 2027 for our next vacation. Excellent staff thank you Crowne Plaza
