- RDRobert Decker2 days ago5.0We stayed here because my brother in-law got married here in town. I had a fantastic experience! The pool was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the environment felt safe. Our bathroom had a mildew ish smell to it and I think it was because there was no exhaust vent. Also our shower did not drain so that was kind of a bummer. Other than those items our room was clean and comfortable. One of my favorite parts about this Hotel was their breakfast. Wonderful quality food and fantastic wait staff. Siurika was a rockstar staying on top of our everyone want and need. Lastly I’d like to give a shoutout to the man running parking. I can’t remember his name (starts with a D), but I know he recognized us everytime we came into contact. He is a kind soul and knew how to keep the vibe light and fun. All in all great experience here. Would highly recommend to stay here.

The staff were not very helpful and not attentive to guests. The breakfast was very basic. Lamentable for a hotel of this category. Very poor value for money. Not recommended!

I let guest services know, not only did they not apologize they did put me in another room. The Beth room had all hair left in the bathtub of new one. The beds are horrible. I complained to Dee and instead of apologizing I am so sorry he immediately went into defense mode and said oh wow!!! You’re the first and spoke over me! I will never stay here again!

Rooms are modern and comfortable, those too bad you can’t open the balcony doors. Location is convenient for getting on the highway I four but it’s on a one-way street and there’s only one entrance which makes the kind of inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place

I decided to stay at the Crowne Plaza after experiencing some issues at another hotel, and from the moment I arrived, they welcomed me with open arms. Both Shamara and Lisa were extremely kind, professional, and attentive. They did a wonderful job calming me down and quickly provided me with a room that was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The service throughout the entire hotel was exceptional — from the restaurant staff to the valet team and even housekeeping. Everyone was friendly and committed to delivering a great guest experience. This hotel is a must if you’re looking for excellent service and a great location.
