  Overall, our experience at the hotel was unsatisfactory. The breakfast, however, was of premium quality. In the dining area, Oscar and his team demonstrated a commendable sense of humor and enthusiasm, delivering a high standard of hospitality. Our primary concern was the cleanliness of the room. We stayed at the hotel for four nights, during which housekeeping failed to service our room for three consecutive days, despite our request for cleaning as indicated by the door sign and our direct communication with the housekeeper on two separate occasions. When this issue was brought to management’s attention, we were informed—incorrectly—that neither a service request sign had been placed on the door nor had the housekeeper been notified. I wish we could record our conversation with the housekeeper or put a camera outside our door. For a premium-class hotel, a high standard of cleanliness is expected. Management should be attentive to situations in which a room remains unserviced for multiple days. In comparison to other premium hotels, including other Crowne Plaza properties, both the cleanliness standards and overall management at this hotel were notably substandard. Additionally, the parking fee of $25 per night appears excessive. Given the nightly rate, the hotel does not offer sufficient value, as the level of service provided does not meet the expectations associated with a premium property.

  This hotel is in desperate need of a good cleaning and Maintenance! We arrived at 1 AM. Went to our room And the neighbor had a dog barking. The couple were arguing loudly using Vulgar language. And my room smell like marijuana. Since it was 1 AM, we were exhausted and I have two children, We went down to ask for a new room. The second room was disgusting. Blood on the Door frame of the bathroom. Something all over the lampshade. Wet spot on the floor. And the door did not close properly. We felt very unsafe. I’ve paid $163 To sleep in filth. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Don’t waste your money.

  We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is very centralized, which made it easy to get around and explore the area with our family. Dinner and drinks were a highlight — our waitress Gaby was an absolute sweetheart, so kind and attentive, and she really made the experience special. Our room was very comfortable for the whole family, giving us plenty of space to relax after a full day out. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d definitely consider coming back.

  We had a lovely stay here while visiting Orlando for the Pop-Tarts Bowl. From valet, reception breakfast and dinner everything was outstanding! We even got a room upgrade got to love that! Our shuttle driver Derek did a great job of helping us get to and from Camping World Stadium . Gabby was our server at dinner and she was super attentive, very kind, a pleasure to have as our server! We would totally stay here again.

  We luckily spent just one night before going on a cruise. The hotel room was refurbished some time ago and was a bit worn out. Not really well-cleaned. The personnel not very polite. There was this older gentleman in the dining area who was pretty loud and calling everyone boss which I don't consider either frienly nor professional. The biggest disapointment was the breakfast. The dining room is far too small for such a big hotel. The choice of food is pretty limited, scrambled eggs extremely watery. I ordered green tea which was so bitter that I just couldn't drink it.
