  We booked four rooms under one reservation for a family trip of nine people, ranging from a child under 3 years old to my grandmother, who is turning 95. We specifically reserved one accessible room and three king rooms, and called ahead to ask if the hotel could place our rooms close together—ideally on the same floor, or at least one king room next to the accessible room—so we could better care for my grandmother. We were shocked to be told that this was possible only if we paid an additional $100 per room per night. For a three-night stay, that would mean $600 extra just to have two rooms placed together. I felt sick hearing this. We already paid 5-star hotel prices, and this level of service and lack of compassion is extremely disappointing.

  Staying at the Conrad, was nothing short of amazing and luxurious. The phenomenal room service, cleanliness of the property, great food, and so much more was like no other. The best part of my visit was the remarkable customer service that I received from Monica R. I called to ask a question, but not only did she help, she offered me room service treats, as I was there celebrating the Christmas holiday. This kind gesture allowed me to enjoy my stay even more, as well as created great memories for my family and I. Monica was so sweet and hospitable. I hope that she receives the highest recognition from her Management Team.

  My family stayed here during our vacation before going on a Disney cruise, using a free night reward, and we absolutely loved our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and our kids had so much fun at the pool and water slides. They also joined a scavenger hunt and were given bunny stuffed animals as a reward, which made their day. Although we didn’t get a chance to try the lagoon activities, the area looked peaceful and inviting. We’d love to come back for a future family vacation.

  My experience at Conrad Orlando Evermore was unacceptable. I requested valet to charge my Tesla and was asked twice about charging, with assurance that it would be done. Both times, the car was never plugged in, leaving me with a dangerously low battery despite clear confirmation. On the second day, when preparing to leave, I discovered that my Tesla charging adapter was missing from inside the vehicle. This adapter was stored in the driver-side door compartment and was never handed to valet. It was present before valet access and gone afterward. This raises serious concerns about care, accountability, and security. Failing to charge the vehicle after repeated confirmation is frustrating enough, but removing personal property from inside a guest’s car is completely unacceptable, especially at a luxury hotel. This experience fell far below expectations for a Conrad property. I would strongly caution guests, especially EV owners, about relying on valet services here.

  I stayed 10 days at Conrad Orlando at Evermore, and overall it was a fantastic experience. Service: truly excellent. The staff was consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout my entire stay. From check-in to daily interactions, the level of service made a real difference and exceeded expectations. Room: excellent in comfort, cleanliness, and design. While I would rate the room 4 out of 5 points, it was still very comfortable and well maintained—ideal for an extended stay. The room felt calm, elegant, and functional, with great housekeeping and attention to detail. The property itself is beautiful, well organized, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. After 10 days, I can confidently say this hotel delivers a high-end experience with outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando.
