  I checked in This room for one night and I was looking forward to seeing what the hype was about the Conrad Orlando. Upon approaching the property is very beautiful the decor is very nice as well. But the problem started once I check my car into valley and the young lady walked me to the front desk to tell the guy that I was checking in a car in a yellow young lady that came behind me she didn’t tell the front that’s nothing about them that was the first problem the second issue that I had that I got there at 3 o’clock and they said that my room wasn’t ready, so I waited till 4 o’clock I went back up they said the room wasn’t ready it was clean but wasn’t inspected so I waited another 25 minutes. When I went up the last time it was another young lady that put me into another room which I was very grateful for. But by that time the kayaking rentals was about to close because they close at 5 PM which I think that is too early. And then the last problem that I had was there was no body wash in the hotel room that I stayed in so I gave the empty bottle to a housekeeping and they said that I need to call the front desk which I did and they said they will send some up. And when the guy came to my room he gave me two little small bottles of soap so that we are out of body wash. Now how is it that European over $650 a night for a hotel stay and they are out of body wash. I just felt like the service was poor. But what I would say the Bellman Mr. Tony was awesome I just think that this hotel should give guest compensation for things that they don’t have no matter how much money you’re paying per night

  Our stay at the Conrad Orlando was truly exceptional from start to finish. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. It’s rare to encounter a team so consistently warm, attentive, and committed to creating a memorable experience, but the Conrad delivered that effortlessly. From the moment we arrived, our every need was anticipated and met with grace. The service felt personal without ever being intrusive, and the atmosphere throughout the property reflected the same thoughtful hospitality. We felt completely at ease and thoroughly pampered during our entire stay. The resort itself is stunning, but it was the people who made our visit unforgettable. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail elevated our trip in every way. We left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and already excited to return. Conrad Orlando has absolutely set a new standard for luxury hospitality for us. We loved our time there.

  We spent 2 nights at the Conrad and it was a wonderful experience. We walked around the property everything and every where you look is beautifully maintained. We stayed in the hotel, they also have condos, villas and homes that you can rent out if you have larger groups. Our room had a wonderful view of the pool and lagoon. I did use my american express points to book the room and was so happy with it. We had breakfast both days at Sophie's and it was delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will go back soon and take our family.

  We just completed an 8-day family stay at the Conrad Orlando at Evermore and had a wonderful experience. The property itself is beautiful and extremely well maintained. While Orlando's unusually cold weather during our visit prevented us from taking advantage of the beach and lagoon, our kids loved the heated pool and hottubs. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Every team we interacted with was consistently attentive and professional. The valet team was quick and welcoming every single day, housekeeping was reliable and thorough (our room was reset carefully each morning), and in-room dining was prompt and accurate. Dining was a highlight. We had breakfast every morning at Sophia’s and it became part of our routine. Little Spoon was perfect for coffee and snacks (my son declared they had "the best macarons ever."). We also had an excellent dinner at Ceiba with a prime view of Disney's nightly fireworks. We didn’t take any non-park days this trip, but the resort clearly offers enough amenities that we would plan some on our next visit. This is a true luxury property that still works very well for families visiting Orlando. We will definitely return and would happily recommend Conrad Orlando to friends and family.

  This is the best experience I ever had in years. We decide to have a casual day offs from west coast and did some random research about this hotel, but the actual experience is beyond our expectations. We had a looooot of fun on the lagoon and the entire evermore community, and all the hotel staff treated us with patience and hospitality. I had to mention one unique experience that our uber actually dropped us off at the evermore resort in the last night, but the staff there are also nice and friendly, they drove us back to the hotel and we felt so welcomed and nicely treated. I will definitely come back to this hotel for Disney again! At the end I do need to remind people who wants to come, the water in lagoon and the beach sand could be still freezing in early February, if you want to have summer-ish experience, you might come at least after spring break.
