I don't understand the bad reviews. We stayed for 4 nights and it honestly felt heavenly from start to finish. The private lagoon alone is worth the trip—calm, crystal-clear, and stocked with kayaks, paddle boards, lifejackets, and floaties. Free rental of kayak and boards included with resort fee. Lagoon is not heated, but the main pool is perfectly warmed, making it super comfortable to swim even when the weather dips into the low 70s. The resort grounds are stunning. And the service? Top-tier. Poolside staff were on point, valet was smooth and fast, and daily housekeeping kept everything immaculate. Hospitality here actually feels like hospitality. Yes, it’s on the pricier side—$50 daily resort fee, $50 valet, and the food isn’t cheap. But gratuity is included on all food & beverage purchases, and honestly, the higher price keeps the crowds down. That’s part of what makes the whole place feel so serene and exclusive. Please don't turn this place to a day pass facility. If you want tranquility, beauty, and service that makes you feel taken care of, this resort delivers. We truly can’t say a single negative thing about our stay here.

I can not begin to express how much we loved this resort! Not only was it beautiful, but it was also peaceful. It was such a welcomed surprise. We come to Orlando/Disney/Universal/Seaworld at least twice a year, and every time (no matter what hotel we choose) we're greeted with unattended kids running EVERYWHERE, as well as pets barking all throughout the night. This hotel not only didn't have that, but it seemed to be geared more towards Business & Couple Travel. We absolutely loved it!!! We already have our Orlando trips booked for 2026, and we are definitely staying at the Conrad for those trips. Also, the staff is top notch. Everyone we encountered was so nice! Kylie @ the front desk made our stay absolutely magical. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We stayed here a week ago because my husband had a conference, but we made the most of it by also going to theme parks. We arrived Wednesday at 5 PM after we had went to Magic Kingdom. Upon arrival, valet, barely had two cars and it still took them at least 10 minutes to acknowledge us. Check-in was smooth but unhelpful we were told that even though we had gold status, Hilton does not give breakfast included… unlike Bonway with Marriott… The room itself was a pretty good size and had a nice modern clean feel. Turned down service was also nice. We did try both restaurants on site and Sophia‘s Italian restaurant was amazing. The Mexican rooftop while nice. We found it to be slightly overpriced.. The hotel itself is in a good location because it’s about 15 minutes from the parks but if you wanna go to a grocery store, it’s about 15 to 20 minutes, which is kind of frustrating when you have a toddler and you need some things The valet was always a challenge- specifically upon checkout we waited around an hour and 15 minutes for our car- that’s utterly ridiculous Overall, I don’t think we would return because Marriott five star hotels like Saint Regis or even the four seasons have much better service than what this Conrad has to offer.

I stayed at the Conrad for a short business trip, including company meetings on site, in October. Honestly, I did not get a chance to explore much beyond the gym, bedroom, and conference space. However, those areas were enough to leave a positive impression. The king bed room was sizable and even being on just the 3rd floor had a nice view. I know I didn't hear much of anything from outside or other rooms at night, which when combined with the beds, made for a great night sleep. Likewise, the conference rooms were in good shape, clean, and easy to get to and around. Temperature control was perfect. Food was decent, however, nothing to write home about when you consider conference food. I didn't interact with a lot of staff, nor did I get to take advantage of the pools, however, my limited exposure to them both showed potential. We did take one quick trip outside the resort. It took about 30 minutes by car. It was easy but seemed a bit further than I thought it would be. Sorry, I did not pop into anything Disney this trip, so cannot comment on it in relation to the Conrad. Still, this Hilton is worth considering.

Just returned from 3 night stay to celebrate our daughter's 12th birthday. I posted some of this on TripAdvisor as well but will add a few tips/tidbits at the end for Google Reviews. Three highs - 1) Gorgeous property - it's for sure a nice high-end hotel with VERY comfortable bedding in the rooms and plenty of space for our family of four. 2) Wonderful staff - everyone we encountered at Conrad was pleasant and upbeat when speaking with us. 3) Great dining options - the dining is unique and high-end for adults who seek something out of the ordinary. Three lows - 1) We were celebrating twin 12YO daughters birthday at Evermore/Conrad. The staff at Conrad had no creative ideas to help them celebrate other than push a price list at me to order room service. It was disappointing for such a high-end "resort" hotel to not have anything really for families celebrating. 2) Our room - while lovely - had no fridge for leftovers. We asked for - and received - one (great staff!). But then learned there are no microwaves available anywhere on property for guests to use. Odd for such a high-end resort to not at least have some type of accommodation for this. They also lock up their ice-machines so I had to ask maid every time for help with a task as simple as getting ice. 3) This hotel is squarely aimed at couples and business/convention travelers more than families. Nicely though - It just happens to sit on a VERY nice resort property called Evermore and THAT is where all the resort-like feel/amenities are available - especially if you are a family with kids. Conrad's pool, shops, restaurants, etc are all aimed squarely at higher-end business clients (convention was in session when we arrived) and adults rather than families. We ended up not using the pool at Conrad as it's not really situated for families. At the Evermore pool, there were slides, swings, jump-off platforms, family games, and free treats throughout the day (frozen grapes and later popsicles). So, we spent most of our days on the "south shore" of the lagoon rather than at Conrad facilities. Our family really enjoyed ourselves at Conrad/Evermore but primarily because of Evermore property - not really due to Conrad Hotel. We likely wouldn't return with our children but instead as an adult couple seeking relaxation and fine dining - what I believe its primary target client is/should be. TIP: Kayaking on the lagoon was a highlight - our girls loved this activity even though you're done in 15-20 mins. TIP: Food/coffee are $ at Conrad but excellent quality in return. We opted to visit the coffee shop on south side of lagoon one of the mornings and enjoyed equally excellent java for a slight cost-savings. TIP: The cabanas along the lagoon are $$ but there are PLENTY of free lounging cubes, hammocks, etc situated all around perimeter - be sure to try them out! Also - the sand sculptures are VERY cool and change periodically - be sure to see them all. TIP: Downtown Disney is a short 15 min Uber away. We took the girls to see Cirque Du Soleil on their birthday. It was 3/4 full so not crowded and the show was excellent. Just don't plan to dine at Downtown Disney - it was chaos on the streets while we were there. TIP: Be sure to visit the Evermore Open House while there. These rental homes are huge and beautiful!
