  From 27 to 31december 2025 😡😡👎Disappointment and disgust very dirty room with bed bugs, dust on the furniture, dirty towel, broken electric curtain in closed position it does not want natural light, broken air conditioning, only the cold works with 45°f outside, disco restaurant just opposite until 3 am impossible to sleep because of the loud noise, bed not made, hair and hair on the sheets, not enough table for breakfast bad management 20 to 30 min to stand up to wait for a table and finally we were forced to clean the room under the gaze of the staff to occupy the room video and photo in support with geolocation To close our story our child got sick I advise against😡😡🫵😖🥶👎

  We booked a room for five people with two queen beds and a sofa bed. Unfortunately, the sofa bed mattress was extremely thin, worn out, and completely uncomfortable, making it unusable for sleeping. This is unacceptable for a room advertised for five guests. The breakfast area was also poorly managed. There were not enough tables or chairs available, and most of the time guests had to stand while eating, which was very inconvenient. To make matters worse, there was no manager available on site. We were told that the manager could only be contacted by email and might come after 11 a.m. As travelers, we were already out exploring the city by that time. Expecting guests to wait that long in the hotel just to speak with a manager is unreasonable. Overall, this stay did not meet basic standards of comfort or customer service. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are properly addressed.

  They conveniently forget to tell you that your family will be awake all night from the noise from the bar across the street. The bass is so loud the hotel building shakes. When you call down at 1:45am as it is still going, the front desk says this is the norm on weekends and will probably end around 3am. They suggest calling the sheriff's office but decline to do so themselves because "they never answer." Why don't they warn folks? "We're not sure how bad it will be and it's mostly on the weekends." A hotel is primarily a place to sleep away from home. Not here.

  Very low water pressure in the bathroom. Floor in bathroom and bedroom is sticky. It almost pulls your shoes off. One positive thing: Furniture looks new but doors are definitely ready for replacement, too.

  Best Western Plus? More like WORST WESTERN MINUS!!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!! I was woken up by bed bugs at 2am and had to relocate to another room!! WiFi did not work for over 24 hours Management was nowhere to be seen when things went wrong. This place is disgusting and lacks accountability. After I complained and asked for compensation, they passed off their problems to the booking agent and told me to talk to them instead of owning up to things themselves.I strongly recommend that you spend your money elsewhere!!
