  Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by extremely loud music coming from the bar across the street. The bass was so strong that the hotel room was literally shaking, and the noise was clearly audible inside even with the windows closed. The bar plays music until around 2 AM, making it very difficult, if not impossible, to get a good night’s sleep. If you are sensitive to noise or traveling with children, this is something to be aware of.

  Called and canceled my reservation once ago and they still tried to charge me for it. Worst experience, worst hotel.

  The staff in the hotel (the managers) barged into my room when i had no pants on and completely undressed from the bottom and they busted my room door open, for thinking i was smoking when i wasnt, over priced snacks, roaches everywhere Pt.2 have some realistic rules if you expect people to respect them i could care less about not going back to that hotel learn the people that are smoking and stop barging into peoples rooms focus on putting better food to your hotel and not off brand old juice and cereal and if family were to go to your hotel id be glad to tell them you are smoke friendly! And ima see if you are going to deny them. Be respectful of peoples privacy before someone invades yours. My girlfriend was naked with nothing under and both female and the male that were there did not care have some respect before you want any in return :) Have a great day

  I booked through Expedia, was charged 2 other times. Make sure the front desk knows that if you book through another 3rd party and have a confirmation number the room is paid. Then management did not under stand that they withdrew 2 other times. So I paid a king size room that cost $279. So I ended up paying a total of $765.62. And overdraft fees not included. I sent bank statements showing the error and requesting them to fix it and they have only refunded 1 charge. I have sent numerous emails to management and I have not heard a response. NIGHTMARE
