  This hotel is absolutely amazing if you’re needing a short term low budget stay, and I’m sure for longer as well. I was immediately greeted by incredible staff Mathew and later Yash who made us feel extremely welcome. Every other staff was also pleasant and personable. The location is amazing for the price as it’s set between all parks, perfect for a quick to and from on the trolly. The rooms are also very comfortable and clean. Everything about this place is amazing. 10/10 recommendation.

  La chambre était très sale, il y avait des croquettes pour chien par terre, et de la poussière qui datait de plusieurs mois sur les meubles. La clim est extrêmement bruyante !! Les lits Queen size sont minuscules, bien plus petit que les standards Queen Size. Le service de chambre ne passe pas. Ils viennent juste pour déposer de nouvelles serviettes et vider les poubelles. Nos poubelles n'ont jamais été vidées pourtant elles débordaient. PDJ pas inclu ! Pourtant c'est la norme dans les Best Westerns. Nous ne reviendrons pas !!

  I’m currently writing this review while sitting in this hotel room. The prices are extremely high. I will never book a room at this hotel again. All the rooms stink and are dirty; we asked to change rooms three times. It smells of cigarettes, even though they said the room was non-smoking. In reality, they check in anyone and everyone. There are bed mites and cockroaches in the room; I’ve attached a photo. The only positive is the location, that’s all. Breakfast is $18. For that price, they sell you an egg, orange juice, coffee, and basically bread. And there are many other negatives. See for yourself if you check into this hotel.

  I have to at-least give this hotel 2 stars because of the staff and location. The hotel is in an ideal spot close to Universal and the parking is free so that’s a plus. The outside of the hotel is nice and it’s right next to a Universal hotel I think it’s Dockside… the lobby is nice but as SOON as you get in the hallways to any one of the rooms it’s soooo outdated. The first room we were in was so hot and it was moist for whatever reason and smelled moldy (come to find out they all have a smell) They changed our rooms no problem…. The rooms floors didn’t look that clean but like I said outdated…. The bathroom was also extremely small and weird. The light that comes from under the door into the room is also crazy … I had to put a towel in front of it just to sleep… I also sleep with fan noise on my phone because you can hear everything that happens outside the door… And also But when it comes to having either 2 people in a bed or sharing a room just know the beds are a small full size bed… more twin like than full. The charger ports on the alarm clock didn’t work (usb C) and either one of the plugs on the lamps apparently didn’t work because I went to sleep with it working and woke up to a dead phone…. Going to a theme park the same day as your phone being dead is crazy! ALSO… I know this is long. The parking at night is CRAZY! I had to park an (obviously exaggerated) mile from the side door that I was told would work with my key just to realize the door was broken and had to walk all the way around the hotel to go through the lobby…. I would only book this room in an absolute bind with no other option.

  O hotel tem uma boa localização. Os funcionários da recepção sao muito atenciosos, quase todos falam português, a Laura em especial é extremamente atenciosa, me ajudou tirando duvidas e fazendo pesquisas para mim relacionadas a transporte, estacionamento, horários… enfim, não mediu esforços para que a minha viagem fosse a melhor possível!!! Foi a primeira vez que tive uma experiência assim em hotel em Orlando (já estive em outros 6). Super recomendo. The hotel has a great location. The reception staff are very attentive, almost all of them speak Portuguese, Laura in particular is extremely attentive, she helped me by answering questions and doing research for me related to transportation, parking, schedules... in short, she went out of her way to make my trip the best possible!!! It was the first time I had such an experience in a hotel in Orlando (I've stayed in 6 others). I highly recommend it.
