- BMBreann Maggitt3 days ago5.0I had a great experience at this hotel, complimentary breakfast was great! Room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was the airport shuttle. Thus 4 stars on service. We called for the shuttle, when he arrived he picked up a group of 9 ppl and completely disregarded me saying that I initially called for this shuttle first and told us we would have to wait and left us. The shuttle held 14 passengers, it was only 2 of us and he wouldn’t let us on the shuttle even tho there was room. When he came back he made it his business to fill every seat. I thought that was rude when I called and requested the shuttle and didn’t get serviced first. The front desk said they were sorry and she attests that I was first to call.
