- SPSarah Papiernik2 days ago4.0Room was a bit smaller and you had to move the bathroom door to open the shower door. The only microwave was in the lobby and was very small. Mini fridge was small as well but did the job. Overall it was very clean, staff was very nice and they had a full 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar. I left before breakfast was served but it looked like a decent option of cold cereal bagels, muffins, and oatmeal. They had a hot side but it was not set out when I passed through. Overall I wouldn't mind staying there again.

I also appreciate the early check-ins when available. The AVID property truly enhanced my stay. The location is convenient with great restaurant next door, plus complimentary breakfast and an airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. On November 18th, I mistakenly boarded the Holiday Inn shuttle instead of the AVID shuttle, and Carlos kindly explained the difference. Instead of taking me back to the original pickup spot to wait, he drove me directly to the AVID Hotel, thank you, Carlos. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable.
