  Exceptional customer service. They have shuttle to the park that leaves at specific times, but you can get the schedule from the front desk. It's also only a $10 or so Lyft to and from the parks if you don't go at those specific times. The staff also let us check-in early and check-out late to better accommodate our travel schedule. Will be returning here on our next visit to Disney.

  De inicio a fin una estadía excelente, con atención muy calida y acogedora, para destacar en recepción a Rodrigo siempre dispuesto a solucionar cualquier situación ademas de un diálogo amable y muy educado. Destacar también a Chef Julio y Araceli en restaurante, nos hacían sentir como en casa con su atención personalizada al disfrutar un exquisito y abundante desayuno. El hotel de primera tranquilo, limpio, cerca de todo y un bello entorno, muchas opciones donde ir a cenar o comprar caminando. Está claro mis próximas vacaciones volveran a ser aquí.

  This hotel does not offer a accessible room with a roll-in shower, which is surprising for a property of this size in 2026. We stayed on the third floor, and the hallway frequently smelled like marijuana throughout our stay. We chose this hotel in part because it was close to Disney and advertised having a laundry room. However, after checking in, we were told the laundry facilities were located at a “sister hotel across the street.” This was misleading, especially since the road between the properties is very busy—we ultimately had to take an Uber to get there because crossing the road was dangerous due to the traffic. Additionally, our room was not cleaned at all during the three days we stayed. While the staff were generally friendly, they were not helpful in addressing these concerns. Needless to say, we will not be back the next time we visit Orlando.

  I saw this hotel was 4 stars and at first glance it does seem to fit that, however several issues lead to a two start rating. The room wasn't too bad cleanliness wise and size wise, however the balcony area is a strong reminder of a one star motel, with an led light in the parking lot pointing at the building flickering like a strobe light. The big hit for the room is the bathrooms, they have "farmhouse" style barn door that provides no privacy and doesn't stay closed(pic 4.) It seems minor, but when traveling with friends and/or family and trying new foods, privacy is a premium that these rooms do not offer. The rest of the hotel was nice, a bit dated but nonetheless that of expectation of four stars. The biggest downside fall would be the restaurant/bar staff that nearly great you as you walk into the hotel. On the first day within a couple of hours, the bar tender asked my significant other if she was ok to drink pregnant. She is not pregnant, nor does she appear pregnant, however the shorter Hispanic bartender still asked. This of course, as everyone knows, is wildly inappropriate, and he wasnt apologetic. This of course put a damper on the stay and earned the two star review. There are many other hotels close by and I would like to think any other could provide better service with similar amenities.

  Your money is better spent elsewhere. This property has more issues than Vogue magazine, and I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment I stepped in the front door it felt extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly to even be at. The entire staff need to be trained on what hospitality truly is. The general manager should resign immediately and in disgrace. Cons: 1. Attempted to have dinner one evening in the bar area around 7 PM. No one was around and the TVs weren’t even on. =loss of sale. 2. Attempted to purchase goods in the snack area and couldn’t due to lack of products being registered in their system.= loss of sale 3. Room doors don’t close correctly, and you can all but see in the hallways and hear everything. Not to mention have the marijuana smell come in your room. 4. Was never given a rundown of amenities or things to do on the property while staying from the front desk at check-in. 5. No shuttle service to the airport. 6. Tried to switch rooms with the front desk due to extremely high noise levels in the hallways and slamming of doors and was told there was nothing they could do and check back later. 7. Staff is rude and showed no intention of wanting to be of any assistance. 8. You will be charged a fee to park a car in the parking lot. 9. Internet is sketchy at best. TVs don’t work properly. 10. Front lobby area was always dirty and wet from people coming in from the pool. 11. Breakfast area was dirty and food was cold. Pros: 1. The rooms were clean and comfortable. 2. Location of hotel does make it easy to get around to a lot of places.
