  I’d come back here based on Shamara’s customer service alone. Our room had a slight issue but we had come from a disastrous experience at a far inferior hotel nearby so I asked for another room. She was apologetic, helpful, and made me feel like less of a nuisance than I felt I was. Then the new room was slightly smaller and she had been so nice that I asked for one the same size as the first. She apologized again and I learned she had been trying to accommodate my choice of a higher floor which I didn’t care about, but she had been so accommodating from the start that she asked and I answered randomly. I was accidentally high-maintenance and she was a consummate professional. Kudos to Shamara and this lovely hotel, beautiful room, and all-around great experience! Five stars!

  Our first stay at Crowne Plaza Orlando exceeded our expectations. The room was well-appointed, clean, and very comfortable. A special thank you to Lisa, who truly enhanced our experience with her warm hospitality and excellent sightseeing recommendations. We also appreciated Oscar’s kindness and attentiveness throughout our breakfast. We highly recommend the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the future.

  First time experiencing Crown Plaza downtown Orlando. Was in town from Melbourne for a Orlando Magic game and weekend stay. Our first person of contact at arrival was the very vibrant fun friendly spirit was Cynthia, thank you Cynthia for your fun professionalism. Next was the most amazing front desk person we have come across in a very long time..Lisa gets 100 stars from us. She was extremely helpful, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, didn't find it robbery to take us on a mini tour of the lobby making sure we knew where everything was at She Honor our request to find the highest floor available offering the city view. She has a beautiful spirit that is contagious to anyone arriving to the front desk to check in. She set the beautiful tone for our amazing stay. Once she found out we were going to the Orlando Magic game, she didn't hesitate to educate us about the hotel courtesy shuttle to prevent us from walking. That was life saving in such a great way that we are grateful for. Lisa also introduced us to the refresher water lol..oh my good stuff. Lisa thank you for everything, you are amazing at what you do.. because of you we will be back for sure to Crown Plaza downtown. And last but surely not the least is CJ our shuttle bus driver He was sooooo funny, friendly,safe driver and very professional. He had everyone on the bus cracking up, making our shuttle round-trip ride enjoyable! Thank you CJ for getting everyone on your bus there and back with a generous smile there and back. You rock! Overall thank you Crown Plaza downtown Orlando for a Amazing stay.. We will tell others and be back 🤗🌞🤗❤️

  This hotel is a hidden gem and I'm reluctant to say how great it is in worries that it will change as everything great always seems to do. However this hotel has stayed constant from all my stays there over the years for work the place remans fantastic. The rooms are spacious, great bed, great pillows, bathroom and the staff are always wonderful. You also cant beat the price when other downtown Orlando hotels are all about the money the Crown Plaza rates stay steady and they don't rip you off with parking charges. The breakfast is one of the best I've had and again the staff are wonderful. Big shout out to all the staff at the hotel for always making it a great place to stay.

  I stayed here expecting a 4-star experience but left underwhelmed. While the suite was spacious and well laid out, there were several issues—one mini-fridge was dirty, the shower features didn’t work properly, and a nightstand appeared broken. Service was inconsistent. Dominic the valet was excellent and very welcoming, and one breakfast staff member was attentive, but overall service fell short. Housekeeping missed obvious issues, and it took multiple requests to get them resolved. Basic kitchen items (plates, utensils) were not provided, and we were never told they had to be requested at check-in. Breakfast was buffet-only and not up to 4-star standards. On our final morning, front desk staff were unresponsive and dismissive, and valet service lacked even basic courtesy when we left. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service, communication, and attention to detail need significant improvement to meet 4-star expectations.
