  Tiene más cosas malas que buenas ! Es verdad que está cerca de universal (15 o 20 min a pie )pero eso no lo es todo… Los cuartos huelen a humedad , hay cucarachas y el desayuno es malísimo , muy pobre y sin sabor ! Solo ponen un huevo que es horrible y salchichas… Busca una mejor opción o pasarás un mal rato !!

  Cockroaches in hotel hallway! Absolutely disgusting. When I alerted front desk worker, he didn’t care and reluctantly went to see. I later found the cockroach dead near an elevator. Worst customer service. Not a single hello, smile or greeting in any way. I was not offered any info about the hotel at all. I had to ask about breakfast, shuttle service, and amenities. Both attendants at my stay simply didn’t care. Barely looked at me. When I had to store my luggage, one attendant watched me struggle with lots of luggage, not offering to help. Not even to hold the door. When I did need to ask them a question, they appeared to be annoyed as if I was bothering them. I have never had such horrible service and I would not recommend coming here. This is truly a “roach motel”

  3-star hotel... worst plastic plates for breakfast, you don't even see that at a gas station. There are humidity spots throughout the hotel. In the breakfast area, there is a huge one right in the middle, and all the chairs are dirty with black spots, and who knows what else... It gave us no confidence in the cleanliness of the carpets. The people who work there are awesome! That was the only thing that saved the experience.

  2nd time staying here. For the value great place to stay if your visiting the Universal parks. Walk is about 20 minutes with a bridge going over the main road. Shuttle also offered. Breakfast left a bit to be desired as limited options. Didn't use the pool or any other amenity. Would stay again for the sole purpose of visiting the parks.
