  Check it was easy, receptionist was polite. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but was far from good. I found a hair band in the bed as if they didn’t bother to change the sheets. The iron was dirty and left my shirt marred and stained with brown crude. The shower’s water pressure felt like Orlando was in the middle of a drought. All but one towel had dark spots or stains and/or holes. They put out the tiny 4-5oz cups for drinks at their “breakfast bar,” so instead of drinking your drink with your meal, you’re constantly getting up to refill your tiny shot-glass of juice. There are much better hotels in the area for that same price. Stay here only if you need to.

  This hotel did a great job getting me a room in the middle of the night when the Baymont Suites downtown lost my reservation. The staff here is friendly. Even at 3am! The rooms are super clean. And you can get to a lot of places in Orlando in about 20 minutes due to proximity to several highways. I would definitely stay here again.

  Booked 2 nights they had us in a room with a broken toilet. From the first night when we got into the room it would not flush. Since it was late in the night, we let them know first thing in the morning. Our stay was only for Friday and Saturday night. They said they had us scheduled with maintenance in a day or two well after we after we leave. So we get stuck with a clogged, unusable toilet. Having to go from the 2nd floor to the first just to use the toilet each time from our room. Wouldn’t expect much from a best western. At least the lady upfront that works the front desk at night was nice. For them to take 0% accountability or even at least giving us a plunger to fix said toilet but to spend time replying to reviews in such a manner I went out and bought a plunger to fix it myself tysm

  Well, if you want to waste $ 💸 on no sleep, this is the place for you!! The hotel is located directly across from a night club that has speakers which vibrate the hotel room walls! I was on a business call and the person on the other end asked if I was at a party!! On the bright side, there’s FREE nightly entertainment just outside your room window all night watching drunks fighting, shouting, and cars burning rubber, ripping up and down the street flexing for attention, and revving their engines!! 😳🤯😵‍💫 The constant BOOM BOOM BOOM IS BEYOND TOLERABLE!! This is obviously nothing new for this hotel, why isn’t something done to at least be courteous enough to warn customers prior?! I guess shame on me for not checking all of the reviews first. I saw 4 stars and thought it shouldn’t be too bad but, Ouff… something is really wrong with that score! Aren’t there bylaws for noise? How were permits to run both extremely opposite businesses granted so close to one another ( place to sleep for travellers directly across from booming night club) doesn’t make sense!! It’s a shame because the hotel would have potential otherwise. Front counter staff were very understanding and I know there were several other complaints however, this is a management/owner issue who should be seeking consideration/solutions from neighbouring businesses, council, community, enforcement, etc. Therefore, service to me was 1 star not because of the front desk staff but because I’m paying for a place to sleep which I never got!

  Hotel is in good shape the only problem it’s the location. There is a night club directly across the street and you can hear the loud music, people shouting and fitting until 2 am. The hotel should have a caveat so customers are aware and make the proper decision. We were supposed to stay for few days but after a crappy night sleep with almost no sleep we will find an other place to stay. Management is aware of this ongoing issues but don’t appear to be caring enough about the customer service to do something about it.
