  I stayed at the B&B Hotel Orlando on International Drive and overall had a very good experience. It’s a great option if you’re looking for something affordable without sacrificing comfort or style. The rooms are newly renovated and absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and well maintained. From the moment you walk in, you can tell there’s been effort put into creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The overall vibe of the hotel is also very nice, calm, and perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks or exploring the area. It’s true that during my stay there were a couple of minor issues—the TV wasn’t working and there was no cable service—but honestly, that didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else was in excellent condition. In summary, this hotel offers great value for the price. It’s ideal for anyone looking to save money while still enjoying a comfortable and stylish stay. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

  Congratulations! We need more hotels like this throughout Florida, especially in Orlando, where prices are usually very high. The service was extraordinary from the moment we arrived very late at night. I definitely recommend this hotel—please keep it up 👏 We will be coming back every month; this will always be our go-to place to stay. The only small detail was that the room did not have an iron, and there is no internet yet. However, everything else was excellent: the bed, the bathroom, the hair dryer… all very good quality. The hotel is super modern; I loved the furniture, the chairs, and the minimalist, elegant décor with great style ✨ I highly recommend it. We will be back soon! 😊

  Não fomos assertivos na escolha deste hotel, havia feito a reserva em outro estabelecimento e duas semanas antes da viagem acabamos trocando para este hotel em virtude das avaliações e infelizmente ficamos bem decepcionados. De fato o hotel é reformado, logo os quartos aparentemente estão com os mobiliários novos, assim como o lobby, a localização é muito boa, a Pilar e o Jesus são excelentes funcionários e fizeram o que estava ao alcance para sanar as insatisfações e tentar minimizar os impactos dos pontos negativos e problemas. O café da manhã é satisfatório com ovos ou omeletes, pães, frios, café, leite, máquina de waffles, suco, água, iogurte. Agora vamos aos pontos negativos: 1. Chegamos ao hotel e fomos recepcionados por uma funcionária que não nos forneceu nenhuma informação (como horário de café da manhã, valores, assim como outras informações que costumam ser passadas em qq check in) além de não ser nem um pouco simpática e cordial com os hóspedes. 2. O hotel está inacabado, estavam colocando grama no jardim, logo havia terra pela área externa e na piscina, adesivos na porta da varanda com o nome antigo do hotel…3. O estacionamento não é pago, mas o mesmo fica no entorno do hotel e não é fechado, qualquer pessoa pode entrar, não possui vigilância. Na nossa primeira noite quando retornamos do mercado com nossa filha tinha um casal dentro do carro no estacionamento fumando maconha. Fui a recepção para relatar ocorrido, e a resposta dela foi: são moradores locais, infelizmente acontece e não há nada que possamos fazer. Como no entorno do hotel tem lojas acredito que este estacionamento seja do “complexo”. 4. Nosso primeiro quarto ficava no primeiro andar bem longe da recepção e a entrada podia ser feita por uma portão lateral com acesso pelo estacionamento. A porta de acesso ficava aberta durante o dia (com funcionários passando para manutenção do gramado) e fechada a noite. Estacionamento este que qualquer uma pode entrar e ter acesso, logo não me senti segura! 5. A limpeza como já mencionado em diversos comentários no google e no booking é péssima. Feita mediante reserva com um dia de antecedência, porém não é limpeza é retirada de lixo e troca de toalhas. O chão estava imundo, principalmente pq este quarto fica próximo a essa saída no primeiro andar e como mencionado acima o hotel estava passando por manutenção na grama e com terra por toda área externa e simplesmente não varreram o chão.6. Após reclamação pelos pontos abordados, solicitei a troca de quarto, que foi prontamente atendida pelo Jesus. Fomos então para um quarto no segundo andar. O hotel não possui elevador, logo se vc ficar hospedado no segundo piso vai ter que subir suas malas através da escada. 7. A pressão do chuveiro é fraca. 8. No segundo andar seguimos com a questão da limpeza, e desta vez as roupas de cama retiradas foram esquecidas sobre as malas. Depois de alguns dias meu marido observou um comunicado informando que a limpeza era troca de roupas de cama/ banho e retirada de lixo. Logo não trata-se de um problema do setor de limpeza é pratica do estabelecimento. 9. Não fizemos uso da piscina, mas dois dias pela manhã vimos patos na piscina. 10. Wi-fi não funciona, assim como a televisão. Para nossa família a relação custo e benefício não foi satisfatória!

  CAUTION Impossible to get a hold of management you have an issue with incorrect charges, there are several other reviews stating the same issue as well. Ownership is obviously not taking it seriously. I have made over 70 phone calls (probably more) to this location in the last 2 weeks, most times it rings and goes unanswered to voicemail but their voicemail box is full. Front desk staff has admittedly “forgotten” to send my issue to management. You can never speak to an actual manger, the front desk tries to go back and forth or they say no manager is on site regardless of time of day you call. Different information given by each person I have spoken to, no one can provide information to contact their corporate or website support team. The corporate website contact form has no US hotel option or number. I was told by staff that the manager has agreed to refund the charges but this has not happened and I have received zero confirmation of how/when this is happening. No email responses to several follwups. I have unfortunately had to move on to submitting a credit card dispute to attempt to resolve this as I am not ok with almost $500 in charges sitting in limbo. Operations here is a joke. Do NOT attempt to book this hotel direct on their site. Rooms/Stay: Although rooms have been remodeled it’s a very old building and it shows. It felt more like staying in a motel. Rooms are loud from noise in hallways, TV did not have any regular channels - only streaming apps you had to log into actually worked, our bedding was stained (they did begrudgingly change it for us when we requested), the floors in our room left our socks and feet black from dirt, external building doors not working so you can only enter at the front of the property which created an extremely long and inconvenient walk to reach the room, laundry room not open/available for guests with no close offsite options. If this is cheaper than other options close by then go for it, but we will not be staying again.

  Stayed a week for a Spring break family vacation this week. To our pleasant surprise, our room had no working electricity on one side of the wall so no lamps & no plugs worked. After requesting someone come to fix it, the maintenance guy showed up hours later saying he needed us to leave the room so after we told him we would be heading to dinner that evening, he told us to let the front desk know so he could come back to fix it. When we were leaving to dinner, we told the front desk. When we returned from dinner, we called front desk because the maintenance guy had not repaired the electrical problem. They asked us if we could just switch rooms so we did. Another surprise, we learned the tv didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t work, the shower was overflowing with water after 1 quick shower, the shelves in the shower were falling off the wall. We gave up on calling front desk. Nothing was getting fixed. By day 3 we called to ask about towels and our room being cleaned. They said the room wouldn’t get cleaned until every 3 days and new towels were only available upon request. Just horrible! Never coming back.
