  Staff was so sweet here. Prices were good. Rooms clean and spacious. Bed comfy. I ordered food from restaurant and lady was sweet. Food was good. I woke up too early to try breakfast. But I think you got a nice discount if you went. Free parking right on site. Only odd thing is I had to run my water for 10+ minutes to get hot water.

  I have stayed here many times and up until today, it had been great. Upon check in and going up to our room, my wife grabbed a towel underneath the sink and noticed something glass. She pulled it out and showed me. It was a very well used crack pipe. Supposedly the cleaning staff just cleaned the rooms and didnt notice nothing when changing out towels. Went down stairs and told manager and gm. Of course th3y gave us another room and the gm and housekeeping came up and seen the pipe. However they didnt seem to do much, when I mentioned calling police they didnt seem to urgent in wanting that. All the gm stated was he has never seen that type of stuff and only offered besides the room change was giving our points back. Thank God we are adults, would hate to see if a child might have found it. Our new room seems clean, but worry about if the housekeeping staff are actually cleaning rooms or just putting a checkmark that they are. Seeing management did not seem to care much, I am letting corporate know about this issue and management's lack of giving a crap. UPDATE: apparently no one seems to care as long as no one mentions any more about it.

  I had a nice stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good, not free, but only $5.00 per person, and it had a good variety of choices, both hot and not hot. There are only 2 improvements I would suggest. 1. Most days, the sausage was just awful. It was chicken sausage, and inedible. 2. Heat the pool. In fairness, I always wanted a heated pool.

  Honestly not worth the price and the rating given. Not at all satisfied. Worn out room carpets as shown in the photo. No assistance given even when i called three times prior to arrival as i was traveling with elderly and little kids. No vegetarian options given for breakfast and took the full charge for it. Would not recommend to go by those reviews! Very misleading!

  I really hate to give 3 stars to this hotel, but there were several outages that shouldn't be an issue at all. First the easy one... There were used tissues behind the nightstand and a sock behind the tv in the bedroom. We didn't find these until we were scouting the room when cleaning up to leave. Since neither were in living spaces you normally interact with, we let that one go. The second issue was discovered when we came in late and found the bedroom at 67 degrees with the thermostat set at 75 for hours as it was chilly that afternoon in the room. We eventually discovered that not only was the heater blowing cool air, but the unit also leaked COLD outside air in through the unit when it was turned off. It was late and we were bushed so we got inventive. We covered the bedroom into with a sheet to contain the cold air from blowing through the room. We then cranked up the living unit to 75 and within an hour the bedroom was 71. I'm not blaming the hotel for this as that night was 20 degrees and it's possible nobody ever said anything. I mentioned it to a worker when checking out.
