- BBBradley Bilka5 days ago5.0Daniel the front desk agent is far more professional, hospitable, caring, and genuine than I would expect at a Holiday Inn, no offense Holiday Inn. He has a sense of ownership and he made me feel like I was at an expensive bed n breakfast. SUPERB Customer service!
- SMStefanie McMaugh6 days ago5.0My husband, son, his teammate and I were traveling for soccer and chose this hotel for its proximity to the fields (15 mins to Ed Radice Sports Complex) and the affordability ($179/night). We didn't have high expectations but ended up being extremely impressed. The room was clean and spacious. We loved the Dove products in the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious (those warm cinnamon rolls are out of this world) and offered a good variety of options both hot and cold. The breakfast area was well laid out to avoid a crowd which I really appreciated. My only complaint (and it's not big enough to warrant loss of a star) is that the elevator is VERY slow. We were on the 4th floor and took the stairs so I suggest asking for a lower floor. We know that many of the families on our team paid well over $250 for their hotels in the same area and didn't have as great of an experience. We will definitely stay here again the next time we travel to Tampa.

I think that’s been one of the worst breakfasts I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were seemingly clean and the AC worked well. Overall, I would not be back for the money I spent to stay here!
