Very disappointing for a Holiday Inn. Both ladies at check out were extremely friendly and breakfast was great! First off we were not told about construction. All furniture from first floor piled in lobby (not a good look). On third floor smelled bad, not fresh and newly reno'd. Ice macine not plugged in. Room....towel rack in door about to fall off, table looked like someone had pizza grease, mirror in room filthy and hair dryer so sticky I had to hold with a towel. Gross. The shade on the window was nailed to top with several nails and rolled up and jammed in to make it stay up. Very poor. Floor was not clean. Bed was comfortable and sheets soft. Towels were extremely thin and cheap. Also I feel that none of the products in the "Dove squirt bottles are really Dove". Also need to have the monitors on their lobby desk tv watched occasionally for rude parents who let their children run up and down the halls screaming at 8 am, yelling and playing with obnoxious loud toys. Not kids fault. I blame parents there. Would not stay again!

After a little bit of trouble getting into the room it turned out well.
The lady working the desk was very helpful and nice she was super busy answering phone calls and helping us with room issues.
The hotel is renovating ,and it's clean and neet the clutter is nicely tucked away.
Our room was updated and very clean ,bright and modern. The tv is very clear and has a lot of channels. The bed and pillows are comfortable.
The hotel is close to the lake and breakfast starts here at 530 so the people fishing can eat before they head out.The breakfast was wonderful.
The casino is about 20 minutes from the hotel .
The only suggestion I had and I mentioned it to an employee and they did note it for future thoughts. Was that due to the rooms being renovated that once the room is done before any furniture is in is to run the heater because of the dust. When we arrived the room was 62 and it was chilly out so we put the heat on and it set of the smoke alarm in the room . All in all a good stay

We stayed here one night on our drive home from a Miami Virgin Cruise. We were so tired. The hotel is going through some renovations but it didn’t affect our stay. This is a quiet area. Clean. Updated rooms. I would recommend and return after our next cruise.

Cold showers and construction noise. Not worth $179 per night. I asked three times for a discount this morning since we got no sleep last night due to a tremendous amount of construction noise and experienced cold showers in the morning and evening. Spent too much time talking to two different employees regarding a discount. Was told all three times someone will get back me later. Terrible customer service even though we have been loyal customers at this location for over 17 years. We will never stay here again. So disappointed. Breakfast was bad too.
