- FFFinchvideos1988Jan 4, 20265.0A very nice stay. There is a beautiful lobby area decorated in shades of green and a Florida outdoor theme. The staff were helpful at checking and when we needed an additional blanket, they got it to the room in under 5 minutes. When I needed to enter via a side door due to parking, the overnight clerk John came around to that door to make sure it was accessible. There was a lovely dining area, as well.

No Kleenex in the room . Front desk was overwhelmed and the wait took forever to check in.I am an IHG member and have never had a room this bad and nothing in it for my husband and I to properly shower.Old furniture throughout ! I would make sure and ask for an updated room ! Very outdated !Shocking!

Especially since nobody is available on the front desk. It is supposed to get down to 48 degrees tonight...
