- JPJean Perry3 days ago1.0Overpriced+ bed tax + sales tax = $189 for one person . Somehow they believe the contentental breakfast is worth all that. I've stayed here before but apparently only half the rooms get a good night's sleep. The west side is quiet while the East side vibrates when the semis 🚛 gear down & pass by. Very noisy road noise, all night long! If you want restful sleep, skip this place or make sure you get a room on the Westside of the building 🏢 Very disappointing. Front desk lady was icy as well. Whatever, I'll never stay here again. I probably won't ever stay at a Best Western again. Seems they wouldn't want my money for just one night of gigging me. But all the nights for every vacation, which also translates to 2nd and 3rd generations of business. But the short goal was met, not the lifetime of stays. Better rates were given to others around me, begging for a better rate and got it.

The shower is the best ever with no slip floor which is important to us old people. Will continue to stay at Best Westerns!! Breakfast exceeded all other lodging we’ve stayed at, absolutely awesome! The hostess there was super efficient; all food was hot and fresh.

Searched all around that night, didn’t see more so we stayed. When we woke up, we noticed at least 4 crawling around. We notified the front desk again and they told us there’s nothing they can do. We called the booking company (we booked 3rd party) and they would only give us a 20% refund because we stayed and didn’t take pictures. No one told us to take photos, but why should we have to?? Who lies about roaches?? Will never stay here again nor would I recommend to anybody. Disgusting.
