  Needed a place to stay a we drove across county (moving). It is a pet friendly hotel, there was an outdoor pool and hot tub, the room was clean, and there was a hot breakfast. Dennis was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond.

  The loudest hotel I've ever stayed at and I've stayed in hotels in the heart of NYC. There might as well not be glass on the window cause the noise level was so loud. Been to hotels on exit ramps and near highways before but they insulate better and the noise isn't so loud. Couldn't even hear the TV in our room over the noise coming from outside. Plus the front desk staff in the evening and the morning are not very outgoing. The evening gentlemen insisted they had no reservation for me and then when he found it it he blamed the system for listing it on the top of the screen where he didn't look.

  Paid for 5 days, $500, then went back a week later and they randomly upcharged me for no reason, claiming it was a change in policy. It was because they lied, and I see the bogus charges—one day it's $100, then the fourth day it's $200. They just rob their customers and cherry-pick whom they upcharge.

  There was only shampoo no conditioner , no coffee maker in the room , the bed was uncomfortable (my back is still hurting) , and the pillows were so soft you needed 3 to feel like one in terms of support... definitely not worth the price.. next time I will pay extra and stay where I normally stay; at the Hilton.
