Breakfast was included, they had availability for our whole group, they had flexibility for us to add on days as needed due to our work project, rooms were perfect for what we needed as well. A huge part of our great stay was due to great hospitality from a few people. 1. Manage, Chandal- She made our stay so easy and hassle free. She would always help us whenever we needed to extend our trip. It felt like she valued our business and wanted to make our experience great. She was always very helpful and went the extra mile. 2. Mrs. Tish!!! Wow. She worked serving breakfast and was the highlight of our stay. She would always make sure our baby had oatmeal and yogurt ready… So so sweet. She took time to get to know us and made us feel so at home. She definitely has the gift of hospitality. 3. Lastly there was a woman at the front desk with black hair… I can’t remember her name. But she was so kind and intentional. One day she brought over a toy that was her own child’s for our baby to play with. Just so sweet.

A very modern hotel and breakfast is included which was decent including bacon, potatoes and egg and the usual cereal, coffee and tea and hot cereal etc. I arrived early and was hoping to check in early but couldn't. The person who greeted me was very hostile and sour. No eye contact and made reference to black coffee, while I was passing. As you can tell I aM black. Ocala is a strange space when it comes to culture. I really do not like the space. Next time I will stay in Orlando and travel into Ocala. May not stay there again overall.

Absolutely the most amazing individual you ever want to meet. The hardest working person I have ever seen. Her personality was like sunshine. Such a warm and happy person to be around. She made our stay worth it. She should be employee of the year!!! Definitely she should be in management. Thank you Tisha and the whole staff for such a warming experience.
