  Stayed here overnight during a road trip. The hotel is conveniently located close to Highway I-75, which made it a great stop. Rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The overall property felt well-maintained. Breakfast/food options were okay, nothing special but sufficient for a quick stay. One small downside: as a Platinum Elite member, I wasn’t offered any welcome snacks or acknowledgment at check-in, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a good value for a short overnight stay, especially for travelers passing through the area. Would stay again for convenience and cleanliness.

  Rooms have thin walls and hard wood floors, so you hear people walking around. I have stayed at 2 of these hotels and both are noisy.

  I spent 5 days staying with my family in this hotel. The appearance of the hotel very nice and the rooms very comfortable however I can’t say the same about the breakfast. The breakfast is terrible, there is not a wide variety to choose from, and what there is not for all guests. Every day it’s the same menu, potatoes, bacon bites and scrambled eggs, and if that’s over the wait is long for them to fill it. All the guests complained and the hotel did nothing. Breakfast ends at 9:30, but at 9 they don’t put anything or they take a long time to fill up so that 9:30 arrive. In addition to that, they don’t clean your room or change your towels, we had to go down to get the towels because they couldn’t even do that.

  If I could give this hotel six stars, I would! This was our second time staying here, and somehow it was even better than the first. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were back at our home-away-from-home in Ocala. The hotel was spotless — I mean “you could eat off the floor but you won’t because the breakfast is way better” spotless. A huge shout-out to General Manager Chandal Smart, who clearly runs this place with superhero-level hospitality skills. Friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure every guest feels special. Her leadership shows in every corner of the hotel. And let’s talk about Edgar, the nighttime front desk legend. This man deserves a raise, a trophy, and possibly his own theme song. Helpful, funny, and always on point — he made every interaction enjoyable. The room? Immaculate. Fresh linens, super comfy beds, and everything smelled so clean we were tempted to ask what magic they use. In fact… we loved the bedding so much we bought pillows to go. Yes, it was that good. Breakfast? Fantastic. Hot, tasty, and plentiful — the kind of spread that convinces you to wake up early even when you don’t have to. Overall, our stay was clean, comfortable, and genuinely awesome. Chandal and Edgar are the dynamic duo of hospitality, and this hotel continues to be our number one choice whenever we’re in Ocala. Highly, highly recommend!

  Never hearing of this hotel I was a little hesitant but when I arrived, I was presently surprised how big and beautiful and clean. It is the girl at the front desk wouldn’t have been nicer. She told me there’s about 900 of these in the works. I’ll be staying at them since I travel often.
