Stayed here in late March. The staff were friendly and helpful, but this is not great Best Western. The whole hotel smells of mold/mildew/moisture. Just really bad ventilation overall. My room absolutely reeked of it. When I woke up in the morning I discovered a puddle of water coming from under the bathroom/entry wall. It was coming from under the wall, so there was and is clearly some plumbing issues going on here. I only stayed here because I had Best Western points and I was wrecked from a horrible stay at another best Western in Georgia. So even though this one was grosser I actually slept somewhat better. I didnt see any bugs. The pool was clean. The breakfast was not great. When I got to my final destination in Florida I had to wash all of my clothes and luggage because the smell from the hotel lingered so badly on everything. No joke, everything I had brought inside this hotel reeked of mold the next day. There is considerable highway noise, so bring ear plugs.

Don't ignore the reviews about ROACHES! 🪳 We saw one too... and the staff seemed very nonchalant about it.
Because we booked through Chase Travel, the staff told us they couldn't do anything. But when I spoke to Chase customer support, they told me that they would need a hotel manager's approval to issue a refund.
All we got was some Best Western points for our stay, but I'm never going back there. You shouldn't either.
The hotel is also by a highway, so it can get loud at night. The breakfast was great though, assuming they don't have roaches in the kitchen 🤷🏾♂️

Upon your arrival be sure you get your cars parking pass!!
After that though, the rooms are clean and nice, the water is HOT and lasts awhile. The beds are comfortable. The pillows though, might want to bring your own. They are so fluffy it's like your sitting up while trying to loe down.
The pool area is extremely clean and nice! The pool is large and spacious, the hot tub was steaming!
Breakfast was in a separate building behind the hotel, the clubhouse to the pool. Very nice options. The usual, plus cinnamon rolls!
The coffee is always flowing and the stuff is all kind.

With regard to my 2-night stay on 2/21-23/2026, I offer the following:
When I made my reservation, I was quoted a rate of $200+ total (plus taxes) for the stay. Upon reviewing my credit card statement I found two (2) charges of $250.57 plus an additional $104.00 for my stay. I spoke with a desk attendant and a manager on 3/17/2026 and after extented conversations with both still do not understand how an amount quoted could turn into a doubled amount. (She said the actual total was over $400 but $100 was deducted from the bill already.) Additionally and to my regret, I neglected to inform the hotel of a disassembled bathtub drain and tools in the bathtub upon my entry into the room after 1:00 AM, and over 5 hours of flight delays which caused my exhaustion and need for immediate sleep. I am 83 years old and walking handicapped.
I anticipate no relief of my pricing complaint, relative to the somewhat beligerent attitude of the manager who blames me for not reporting the room condition and who said I would have been reassigned a different room and credited on my bill had I done so. I rebut that the management was delinquent as they should have been aware of the unfinished maintenance of the room and shouldn't have assigned it for occupation. I therefore do not recommend this facility and will never consider it in the future. Fredrick Carbonneau, Nashua, NH.
