    Gracias a Ismael por su cortesia y amabilidad todo rapido en el check in fue una sola noche y todo estuvo exelente al igual el personal de la man̈ana .

    The pool was nice to sunbathe and swim in. Been there four times, only one time the room needed better ventilation in the bathroom for the humidity. Other than that, I really liked the rooms. Great staff there, and close to many stores and restaurants.

    This hotel is a slightly older property but maintained well. The rooms were quiet, and decent sized. Bed was comfortable. They had the lobby decorated for Halloween which was a nice personal touch. Brian at the counter during checkout was extremely kind and cared about my experience at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

    Hola buenas tardes quisiera saber como nw puedo comunicar con alguien que hable español porque cada vez que llamo me dicen que no hay nadie que habla español, hice una reserva y me cobraron dos veces el precio del hotel y dos veces el depósito no entiendo porqué?

    First time staying at a Best Western. Overall it was good experience. Conveniently located near many amenities such as Whole Foods grocery store, restaurants and pharmacy. Staff was attentive to our needs. Good parking. Good place to stay in Miami.
