    This hotel is discussed; it looks very old, with mold in the shower, carpets are very dirty, and the room is stinky. $180, not worth it at all.

    This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in my life. It is clear they have no concern or interest in their customers, just maximizing their profits and providing as little as possible in exchange for their fees. First the Hotel is not in Bal Harbor, it is actually located on a very busy street next to a major blvd., with loud street noise heard inside the room.The rooms look like they’re from the 70s. They still have cottage cheese on the ceilings and single pane glass. They basically painted everything over yet never improved it. The TV quality looks like the picture is from the 70s as well. I’ve never stayed in hotel with blurry televisions and the staff said “oh we’re trying to upgrade” - really in 2026 blurry televisions? Same with the Internet, lowest speed , lowest quality I’ve ever seen. There are ridiculous postings all over the hotel with all their rules and regulations - again more concerns with them and minimizing guest services than the customer. avoid this hotel at all costs it’s not worth it.

    Great location for the price. Staff was professional and attentive. Room was clean, and comfortable. Convenient location near many great resturants. Also, whole foods and Walgreens across the street. Free parking. Clean rooms.

    Great staff. Do not plan on a hot or even warm shower. Despite running the water for 30 minutes with the handle in every direction. No luck. Maintenance checked it out. No luck. I should’ve changed rooms, but they said they fixed it. Again, if you’re into the cold water for health reasons and do not require any hot water, this is the place for you
