While the front lobby smelled clean and gave me hope, the experience quickly went downhill. We booked a Queen Suite, but the room looked nothing like the photos. The listing showed a second room with a pull-out couch, sink, and TV, only the pull out couch was there. Our building smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke, and the room itself had visible dirt behind the sink’s decorative towel and mold around the light above the pull-out couch. We were placed in a second building away from the main one, which meant walking outside early every morning to get breakfast, not a deal breaker, but inconvenient. Unfortunately, breakfast was poor: hard biscuits, pancakes sticking to the plate, and loud, unprofessional kitchen staff at 6 a.m. I also overheard staff discussing housekeeping not properly changing bedding, which was very concerning. The laundry cost $8 for one medium load, the pool wasn’t really swimmable, and overall the staff and cleanliness did not meet expectations. I won’t be returning. This may be okay for a strict budget stay, but you truly get what you pay for.

It says pool is opened all year round but since it isn't heated when cool...well. Morning shift front desk lady was friendly, but second shift desk lady had no personality. Sometimes a job can be rough, but she could as least fake a smile.
