  I had an amazing experience staying here last night, everything exceeded my expectations. I booked something quick and affordable, fully prepared for basic service, but what I received was truly 5-star treatment. In the middle of the night, my daughter got sick, and the staff stepped in immediately with everything I needed. They were not only helpful but genuinely caring and passionate about their work, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The room was spacious, spotless, and ready without any delay. What stood out most was the level of accountability. The manager personally ensured the room was checked and ready. I know she did because she accidentally left her phone on the neatly made bed lol. That kind of dedication says everything. I will absolutely be booking here again. Highly recommend!

  Witnessed a homeless man come in and eat breakfast and said he slept in the woods near by. The woman that works in the breakfast area was rude and seemed to not want to be there. A lady came in with a tote bag and filled it full of breakfast items leaving little to none for the others. My kids went down to grab a muffin and the lady acted as if she were paying for them and didn't want to refill.

  We arrived to Florida, from Michigan at 6 am, to find our 9 day reservation canceled. They then blamed us. Then offered us to rebook, but at full price, which was appoximately $80 more per night than we had ALREADY booked and PAID for. So our vacation started out with very limited funds, since we had to pay the hotel twice and it was about 40% more for the 2nd booking. They couldn't get our rewards to work and therefore, we lost 9 days worth of rewards and points. The room was not well cleaned, the shower curtain was falling apart and we all tripped over it and slipped on it all week. The sink was dirty and we found multiple items left in the room, such as an earring in the bed! It was not any of ours. The front desk manager was very rude, she was rude when we arrived, rude all week. We went to the beach to watch the sun rise, came back to have breakfast. The attendant made 2 members of our group get up and stand while she swept under their seats. The nozzle to the yogurt came off in the yogurt. She told US to clean the cup out and clean the nozzle. Told us it belonged on the machine to keepnit from

  Stayed 9 days. Mr. Patel was very helpful however, we had a breakfast attendant and she was horribly snooty. She literally made my husband get up from eating breakfast to "sweep" under him. She gave us snooty looks everytime she was there. We also made the front desk manager ( woman) aware we got 0 sleep Saturday night with kids running up and down the hall. We let her know we had to drivr 19 hours back home and needed sleep. Room 203 had at least 8 to 13 people sleeping it. Loud kids all hours of the night. The bathroom was dirty with hair all over the shower. We paid for saturday but didnt arrive till Sunday at 5 am due to car trouble. Only to find out they cancelled our reservation and made us pay Saturday night before we could rebook. However , I already paid over 1000 dollars and wasent aware id have to pay again. Limiting our funds on our trip until the money was reimbursed. Loved the area, would never stay again.

  Located nearly on the water and by some great little places to eat, this hotel was great for us while visiting for a death in the family. When the unexpected came up, the front desk was able to get me another night at the last minute for the best rate possible. Everyone was super nice. The room was perfectly clean and smelled nice and having breakfast available every morning took a lot off our plate. There was a lot of noise I think because a football team stayed here but that's not really the staff's fault, some people are just inconsiderate. On top of that the property is nicely kept with a pool and seating areas. We took a beautiful walk to calm our nerves. There's a Ruby Tuesday's right in the parking lot with 10% off for hotel guests that I took advantage of! Everyone from the desk staff to the housekeeping staff smiled and even asked how I was doing. Over all with everything that went wrong with this trip, the hotel and hotel service were NOT one of them and actually helped a lot. Thank you so much!
