  I did not do my "homework" in selecting this hotel as, upon checking in, I saw the sign on the counter stating there was a $24/night + tax parking fee. When I mentioned that, I received a rather curt response that it was on the website. This fee was for just a simple piece of paper to place on the dashboard. It wasn't as if they had any special parking amenities e.g. a gate system. I also did not see that breakfast was available but only for a cost. There was not even coffee available in the lobby. The selling point for this hotel is the great view from the room although, at this time of the year, the view of the sunrise was obstructed. The room has carpeting which is in need of cleaning. The room had wall light switches only two of which turned on any lights.

  Comfortable beds, great views and has a good breakfast restaurant on site. Pool is not heated which was a bummer, for winter travels.

  A decent hotel at a quieter end of the beach. Get room on South side to see more of the ocean (even number rooms). Lower number is further away from the beach. Apparently rooms ending in 12-15 are in the point of the hotel with the best views, just not sure what bedding configuration. Breakfast cost reasonable $10-25 per person. Good choice options. Limited seating. Only thing that was not worth while was the daily parking fee of $24 + taxes. We were here off season in February, lots of spaces available. However, you need a car so you need to just pay up. Another guest told me that they had 2 cars for their party and couldn't get a 2nd parking spot as their policy is one per room. Check before booking. Call hotel directly as the main reservation number may not know

  Absolutely terrible experience with this hotel..... First off don't stay here. You're in for an unpleasant surprise, over $50 a day to park your car. Lady at the front counter canceled my reservation but........ It wasn't really canceled. Only Got about half the money back. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
