    Room 411 had mold in it and between that and the animals I was coughing and sneezing all week. Weird check in through hotels.com on day of tho at least they let my family in room after a stressful day. Only had room cleaned once in 5 nights and when my wife asked about it they said that was normal. (It was supposed to be every other day). Breakfast is ok. 9:30 was wanting biscuits but were none left and attendant acted liked it was a giant inconvenience to make more biscuits. Breakfast was supposed to go til 10. Would think twice about booking again for sure.

    Doors, 2 ice machines, and electronic keys all inoperable. The hotel itself is dated but solid, as are the rooms. The issues were: - both doors on ends of building were, "exit only", broken locks - no electronic keys available - ice machines on 1st and 2nd floors out of order, only 3rd floor - second shift desk person didn't really care, responded to each issue when I asked with a weak, "sorry", no maintenance scheduled soon, etc. I remain unimpressed.
