I have to say I’m always impressed with this hotel. Clean, friendly staff, great continental breakfast and coffee. Later checkout than a lot of other places.

I'm sorry that I cannot recommend this place, and only post this review so that would-be travelers are aware of what to expect. I've stayed at this property twice over the past two weeks for a total of 5 nights. I've stayed in both the front of the property facing 98, and the rear facing the back apartment complex. My first stay was the front of the property in a king suite, and it was loud due to the traffic from 98. I had the same problem with my room key that others have mentioned. Otherwise the stay was non-eventful. The 2nd time I stayed I called the hotel directly and booked the same king suite style room. When we arrived, we were given a standard room, not a suite. When I went to the front desk they gave me a diffferent room, and it too was a standard. When I came down the third time they said they didn't have any suites and there was nothing they could do. Disappointing because it was a special occassion, and I wasn't happy about that. I requested the back of the property, thinking it would be quieter. So apparently the garage truck makes its rounds at 4am on Saturday mornings, because that is when we were woke up by the loud noise outside our window. Ridiculous. I got text messages during our stay asking how things were going, and based on my responses someone from the hotel did call me on Saturday. Noted my issues and said there were no managers there over the weekend and they would pass the information along. I never got a call from anyone. I cannot recommend this property. It's easily the most disappointing Hilton property I've stayed at, and I've stayed at many. I was there on business and then a long weekend. I wouldn't recommend this for a family vacation either. The pool is tiny and there are better options for the same money.

We stayed here overnight on our way home. Between construction on I-10 and US-98 this property is difficult to get to and the traffic is heavy. It is also has a poor entry. That said, the hotel was nice and clean inside and the room was comfortable. The front desk was efficient and helpful to include a very good dining recommendation. Breakfast was the major letdown of what would have been a good stay. The selection was limited to wheat bread and tiny blueberry muffins. No bagels, english muffins or even white bread. The scrambled (square eggs) were rubberized as well. When I inquired about it I was told that “they get what they get” and that’s all they got. Then I was basically told to quit “whining” by the attendant. After we were finished I went back to the serving area for a second cup of coffee and while in the middle of prepping the cup the attendant decided to horn in and refill the hazelnut creamers under my arm! Nobody else in the room, nobody asking for hazelnut and the bin was 1/2 full to begin with. Totally unacceptable. Not having a selection for breakfast is a management issue. Breakfast is included, not free. I expect that it will be decent. All the above and my pet peeve of having a kiddie commode in a king room with no grab bar, I would not stay at this property again.
