Weird check in through hotels.com on day of tho at least they let my family in room after a stressful day. Only had room cleaned once in 5 nights and when my wife asked about it they said that was normal. (It was supposed to be every other day). Breakfast is ok. 9:30 was wanting biscuits but were none left and attendant acted liked it was a giant inconvenience to make more biscuits. Breakfast was supposed to go til 10. Would think twice about booking again for sure.
