We had the best time staying at The Perry. Taking the boat to the beach was a highlight - we had so much space around us and we did not feel cramped like we sometimes feel at beachfront hotels. The color of the water was stunning. After the beach, the incredible pool was a great way to enjoy a cocktail and appetizer from the poolside café. The staff at the café was fun- loving, and welcoming. We were very lucky that Missy, an We were very lucky that Missy, a local yoga instructor, was offering pool aside yoga on Saturday morning. Not only was it a great class, but they served us yogurt and granola and fruit after. Our rooms were very spacious. It was lovely to open the glass slider and step out onto the balcony to read a book while drinking coffee. The view of the treetops of the mangroves surrounding the river was so peaceful. Our dinner at Tigress on the roof was a high highlight as well. Sunset views, combined with phenomenal food made for a great evening where you didn’t have to get in the car or call an Uber. It is evident that so much thought has gone into each detail on how to make this a premier experience at a very reasonable rate. We applaud the Perry on the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

We had such a great time at the rooftop restaurant at The Perry Hotel Rooftop Restaurant—even with the weather not exactly cooperating. A classic Florida thunderstorm rolled in, and the team handled it seamlessly, quickly adjusting seating to make sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of.
What really stood out was the professionalism of the staff. Despite a few guests being unnecessarily difficult with the hostesses (which was disappointing to witness), Holly (who was amazing) remained calm, gracious, and incredibly accommodating. It’s a rooftop restaurant in Florida—weather happens, and they handled it exactly as they should.
Would absolutely recommend and return!

Before I highlight the really bad of my review I offer the great part. The Perry Hotel is a great spot in North Naples. The Tigress restaurant on 7th floor is outstanding. It is adjacent to the adults only pool and bar. Great views and food. Also, unrelated to the hotel and adjacent to it is the Bay House Restaurant. You would think the Bay House is part of the Perry but it is not. Wow, live music and a great upscale spot. Now to the bad part, there is no hot water in the rooms at peak times. I found other online reviews confirming same. When we checked out this morning, I told the front desk person how disappointed I was and my experience is well confirmed by prior posts. The employee basically ignored me. I then repeated my dissatisfaction. She followed up by saying that the maintenance staff was looking at the boilers as we spoke. That was a preloaded lie! It is a shame. They should get one star for ignoring the issue for so long and not correcting it. Other than a cold shower, the Perry is outstanding.

“Luxury Cosplay”
- What was advertised in the $300 day pass: A cushioned daybed, reserved area, towels, bottle of prosecco, and pontoon to nearby beaches and pool access.
- What we got:
Staff clueless we were there/what we paid for, a hard mesh chair, we put out our own towels and picked the chair area at random, a glass of prosecco once we voiced our disappointment to an employee who didn’t care.
We then asked to go on the pontoon which was one of the main features - staff said it had been broken but we could take the bus.
Later when we mentioned this to the manager, who told us he was struggling to help because he “was from Michigan” (lol what does that even mean) he told us there was a small boat that could take us out around the time we wanted to leave.
We opted to try the upstairs pool, where we realized we didn’t need a $300 pass in the first place, we could have had the same experience and no one would have asked if we had a pass.
Unfortunately the restaurant Tigress, wasn’t serving food. They are excluded from the review though.
We left after about an hour. The staff didn’t apologize and the one woman at the front desk got into a weird argument with us over the definition of a cushioned day bed instead of just apologizing.
If you want to pretend you are going somewhere upscale, this hotel offers excellent luxury cosplay.
In spite of the star ratings not being 5’s, it is a most wonderful place to stay! There just are a few important areas that need to be written about from our experience. I’ll do one critique and then a complimentive one back and forth.
We were put up in an adjoining room. We couldn’t believe how much noise we could hear from the other people and how much they probably could hear from us. Our first morning there we were awoken at 6:30 am by a couple of ladies in the adjoining room who just kept talking and kept us awake. This was my birthday and I didn’t get the sleep-in I was expecting. It was unfortunate but it’s nobody’s fault. It just is something that needs to be noted. I did go to the front desk later that morning and tell them the situation. They had offered to move us which was very nice but they did check and the ladies next to us checked out. So the lady at the front desk said she would put a note not to sell the room next to us if it would be possible to leave it open. Well, 3 hours later a family came with a young boy who understandably liked to run and be loud.
The restaurants close by and at the top of the hotel- Just wonderful!! The poolside food and drink service also amazing! Isaac who worked in the hotel coffee shop knew what he is was doing! Bkfst sandwich and latte were great tasting.
One time we signed up for the morning boat shuttle via the front desk. We got down there for it and found out that because of the low tide, they weren’t running the first shuttle. Disappointed because we could have not rushed our morning for the first shuttle if someone would have contacted us. We are on vacation and we can make the walk back again. But it would be nice to have better communication.
The beaches that that take you to are wonderful. They do appreciate tips. You can do Venmo or cash. They also provide beach chairs.
The rooms themselves are nice. A balcony is nice to have. The staff is very kind and helpful I addressed two different issues but I still enjoyed everything about staying here! In fact we are heading back. I gave
