    Very disappointing stay at Staybridge Suites. The bed had visible blood stains upon arrival. Room service never came, and the front desk (Liz) refused to change the bedding, telling us to do it ourselves. We were also told to contact the booking provider instead of receiving help on-site. But there has been no response to the provider so far, neither by phone nor by email. Unprofessional and unacceptable for the price. Not recommended.

    So to start off with I always choose to stay at IHG hotels, I have never had an issue like this before. This was a first for me! In the future I will make sure they check us in properly, somehow they only checked in one of my reserved rooms. I checked in around 4pm and they waited until I was asleep at 10pm to wake me up to inform me I wasn't checked in. They claimed the payment didn't process when they noticed the error for my second room and had to run it again. I asked them why they waited all day to inform me of this and they stated they just noticed it. You would think this could have waited until morning to correct the issue. When they processed the payment they double charged me and stated SORRY it was a system error and nothing could be done right now. If you enjoy a good night sleep and not getting charged another $600.00 for no reason I would recommend finding another hotel. I don't feel this kind of customer service reflects the IHG brand as a whole. My hope is that they train their staff a little better in the future to avoid issues like this.

    Great place, convenient to everything. It is in walking distance to several restaurants, Publix, and other places. It's only a few minutes from downtown and the beaches. I highly recommend it.

    We used this as a stop over for an early morning Key West express trip. Everyone from the check-in staff at the front desk to the breakfast crew were excellent. Rooms were very clean and the place is very convenient to restaurants as well as going to the marina. Rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. A very pleasant stay and we will definitely be back.
