The Sales ladies were absolutely incredible—warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us envision the perfect wedding stay. Their professionalism and hospitality made us feel instantly at home. They took the time to walk us through the property, answer every question, and share thoughtful insights that made our decision so much easier. A special shoutout to the team at Perry Coffee shop as well. The staff there was wonderfully accommodating during our time on property—friendly smiles, great service, and delicious coffee that made the visit even sweeter. The Perry is stunning, but it’s the people who truly set it apart. Thanks to the entire team, we left feeling confident and excited that this will be the perfect place for our loved ones to stay during our wedding celebration. Highly recommend The Perry Hotel Naples—exceptional service, beautiful spaces, and a team that makes every moment feel special.

- LKLudger KleinjohannNov 15, 20252.0Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Das Personal ist nicht geschult und macht einen hilflosen Eindruck. Als Hotelgast ist man hier offensichtlich Gast zweiter Klasse. Die Lage ist okay, die Nähe zum Highway 41 ist deutlich hörbar in allen Bereichen dazu kommen noch die grölenden Partypeople von der Dachterrasse. Wer also Ruhe sucht ist hier falsch. Die Betten sind sehr hart, uns Tat nach einer Nacht alles weg, auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption wurde ein zweites Oberbett auf die Matratze gelegt, mit wenig Erfolg. Wir haben uns dann selbst einen Matratzen Topper gekauft, mit dem Erfolg das, dass Housekeeping das Bett nicht mehr hergerichtet hat. Das haben wir dann selbst gemacht. Die Zimmerreinigung allgemein war schlecht, es wurde weder gesaugt noch gewischt, jeden Tag wurde irgendwas vergessen, Handtücher, Klopapier, Kaffee ect. meistens lagen irgendwelche Putzlappen im Zimmer verstreut. Hier fehlt es an einem Hotelmanager der in der Lage ist einen 4 Sterne Standard herzustellen. Die Preise sind zwar über dem Niveau aber der Rest weicht massiv ab. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
