We had an amazing New Year’s celebration! The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the company made the night even better. The DJ was amazing and kept the energy up all night, which really elevated the entire experience. Everything was well organized and thoughtfully done — a memorable way to ring in the new year. Highly recommend!

The amenities are so much fun, with two great pools and the convenient beach access through the water taxi and shuttle van. This is our family’s favorite vacation hotel by far based on its value. The hotel facility is very well designed and executed. The staff was helpful and engaging at every opportunity. The happy hour by the pool was a great value and the rooms are comfortable and stylish. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at The Perry Hotel in Naples from 12/24–12/26 and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Ken at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and set the tone for a fantastic stay. His hospitality made us feel right at home.
The rooftop bar was a highlight—stunning views paired with great service made it a perfect spot to relax for an afternoon drink. The bar staff were so sweet to our dog Nori. We also had dinner at Tigress on 12/24, where Brittany, our server, gave excellent recommendations and took great care of us. Another standout was Conor at The Pool Bar—he was really cool to chat with and added to the relaxed, friendly vibe of the hotel.
We were thrilled with our stay and so happy we chose The Perry. Even our dog Nori had an amazing time, which made the trip even more special. We will definitely be back!

We expected a hotel right on the beach so our first impressions were disappointing. Thank heavens it's not on the beach, instead with a dock and free boat/ shuttle to beaches and downtown. This hotel is one I would unhesitatingly come back to. The concierge desk with Jessy was amazing, Jackson and Missy were wonderful at the front desk, the coffee shop was perfect, as was our room and housekeeping. On the boat to barefoot beach with Captain George and Natasha we saw dolphins, and got an education on the mangroves, the birds we saw, and just about anything that caught our eye. The Tigress restaurant is very good, our meals , presentation and service exemplary. Got this trip with Costco at the last minute: big thumbs up!!!

Perry Hotel is nothing more than a glorified Holiday Inn. It has great potential and a good location, but its combination of incongruent design, average service and horrific housekeeping makes it below average for hotels in this category.
1. Design: It doesn’t know what it wants to be. Am I modern? Am I mid century? Am I coastal? Am I Eco? It is completely uncohesive and lost, choosing the wrong art, the wrong chairs, the wrong colors, the wrong materials. Nothing flows together to form a whole concept.
2. Customer service. Many of the employees and staff are pleasant. The front desk being the main exception. No friendly smiles here and general ambivalence. The pool and bar staff are very good, however, as is the coffee bar staff.
3. Housekeeping is ATROCIOUS. The only thing they do is fix the beds. Garbage is left on floors, toilet paper rolls are never replaced, side tables, doors, desk and counter are NEVER wiped down, and will have visible water rings. General room clutter is never organized and thrown away, just left. It is really some of the most pathetic “cleaning” attempts we’ve ever witnessed at a hotel.
