  Very comfortable, especially the bed...so comfy! The only issue was the 'storage' room next to my room was noisy w/ the housekeeping going in and out. Otherwise quite an enjoyable stay at Christmastime. More Christmas decorations perhaps would have made it even more festive! 😃

  Loved the check in. Easy and fast. We didn’t know the pool was heated but that was such a plus for us! The outdoor bar was amazing. My only thing was the breakfast was a bit limited but other than that, great location and will visit again!

  Great rooms/suites. Was nice to have some privacy with a bedroom. Will remember in the future if we need a kitchen. The couch bed was a little dirty when we opened it up for the kids, hair & stuff had fallen through. I had to ask for blankets for couch bed and go down to get them. They were not offered upon check-in even though our reservation specified children. There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk, even had a wait at check-in. They did come through and restock towels in rooms but there were few pool towels and front desk said they didn't have any..? Outdoor pool was heated, not hot but tolerable. Good for kids. No hot tub. Great breakfast, many options. Location was decent, kinda in the middle of nowhere as far as not near a beach or an interstate. It was a good location and easy drive for attending Wootens tours.

  Hubby and I had a great stay here at Staybridge. The location is close/walking distance to many restaurants and Publix. The staff were also friendly and accomodating especially the front desk staff in the evening (Stacy). Would definetely come back if we are in the area and highly recommend this place to anyone.

  The room itself was comfortable, no complaints there. But when it came to housekeeping, it felt more like a quick drive-by than an actual cleaning. The bed was made and the towels were refreshed, but nothing was wiped down and the floors were never vacuumed. After an eight-day stay, it would’ve been nice to see the room truly cleaned. Any time we needed something, we had to go on a whole adventure just to track down an employee. One day we returned to the room and even the trash hadn’t been taken out, despite “room service” having already been through. I kept having to ask for basic items that should’ve been replaced automatically. We were locked out of our room at one point because the keys stopped working, and it took more than 15 minutes for anyone to show up at the front desk. On several nights, the front desk employee was actually sleeping at the desk—and this was before 10 PM. When we asked her for help, she wouldn’t respond; she’d just walk away. The only time she actually communicated was to shut down the pool and tell us we needed to go to bed, which was incredibly rude. It didn’t stop there. When I asked for utensils for the grill, another employee—also asleep in the dining area—heckled me for not speaking Spanish. That was uncomfortable, unnecessary, and completely out of line, especially considering I was simply asking for help. If management reads this, your night-shift hiring and training need serious attention. Most of the employees we encountered weren’t welcoming and barely met the minimum standard of customer service.
