First off, it's not exactly "hop on hop off." They weren't running as many shuttles, so we had to wait an hour between shuttles.
The best part of the tour is around 5th Ave. Going further north than the zoo was just boring.
Glad I paid for it with Groupon otherwise I would have given this ONE star.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.
James was a very nice driver and entertainer. We saw a lot and he told us a lot of information and we sang a few fun songs.
The problem is that it wasn’t much of a hop on/hop off. We got off at the Ritz Carlton stop to check it out and have lunch and then went to the stop for the next scheduled pick up. Wait, wait and more wait on a lonely corner with no bench.
We had to wait almost 45 minutes beyond the advertised pick up time for the next trolley to come pick us up. We even called Michael back at the office who told us we’d have to wait a few minutes, but 45 minutes is ridiculous when a new trolley is supposed to be traveling every hour.
Traffic was the excuse but put another trolley on the road, especially as the trolley was packed.
There was another group who had hopped off at a different stop that had the same problem, and I thought we were going to have a brawl when they were picked up as they also were waiting for almost an hour.
A bit of a refund would have been in order.
And no one was at the office at the end to hear our complaints (or open the bathroom). Weak!

It was nice to get a tour of Naples. The driver/guide was very engaging and made it a point to make a connection with the people on the your. The topics focused mostly on food, shops, and the hotels. There was some mention of local history and other points of interest, but I wished there had been more. Regardless, the tour let me see Naples from a different perspective and I'm glad we took the journey.

My husband and I took 2 guests who were new to the area on your tour. It was a windy day so the plastic shades were down. They were so cloudy from age and filthy we could barely see out of them. There was also an extremely, noisy fan behind us which drowned out the narrator. We paid $89 for a very disappointing experience. I would like a refund!!!

Pretty rubbish. Learned very little about the area and the driver talked non stop about property costs and hotels and his day to day life
Got off half way and got an Uber back (along with another couple who did the same)
