We had a great time! The service was great. Vincent the bartender was a highlight. Definitely recommended.
Fought myself from giving a 2-star review vs a 3. Although Pure Florida was bought out, it was a better tour/boat ride than the Naples Princess. Pure Florida actually gave commentary and information on the houses along the way and who owns them. The brief commentary with Naples Princess had the gentleman mumbling and rushing to get done. There were two different rude staff members that we encountered and is what made me want to give a 2-star rating. They brought us a cake and said we ordered one. I politely said we did not order one that we ate prior to boarding. The staff member stormed off and gave us an attitude with his comments as he walked away. I looked at our reservation and when another staff member brought the cake back, I said "you're right, it was my mistake that I ordered a cake the night before without knowing how or why it happened." His comment, "I know I am right." They wouldn't refund it (fine), and in the box they put the cake in, wrote "not happy birthday." Not a big deal there, just choose wording a little better.

We worked with Vanessa to host our rehearsal dinner on the Naples Princess on 11/6/2025 and had an absolute amazing experience! It was a beautiful experience from start to finish. The plated dinner was amazing and the views/experience was spectacular. I really cannot say enough good things about Vanessa and her genuine desire to ensure I had the best rehearsal dinner possible!

I'm not sure where to begin with my experience. When we got there, we sat down and really enjoyed the calligraphy of our name tag. The boat was a really nice and seemed clean. The waiter came eventually, introduced himself, told us what dinner was going to be and moved on. He never left water or menus.
We got up went to the bar and I asked what type of non alcoholic beverages they served because I celebrated 6 years sober Nov 5th. The response I got, and I Will NEVER forget it was
"I have non alcoholic beer, you want that" 😳
I said wait a second so I HAVE to order booze? It was then offered that I could have "lemonade" or what they could make as lemonade on the fly I guess?
We went back to our table and It wasn't until the table behind us, 15 mins after launch, offered to share their cheese plate with us that we even noticed we could get appetizers. The same couple gave us the appetizer menu. We promptly ordered, we were pretty hungry at this point, and we were charged for the appetizers ON TOP of what we had already paid (248!!!.)
When dinner was served I was extremely extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The prime rib was grey and had a sort of gravy underneath that turned the entire piece oily. We also had already spent our budget for the dinner on the actual cruise and couldn't afford the added expense of more appetizers.
To top it off the MAIN event or attraction for this cruise was going open water to watch a sunset with your loved one.......We never even left the waterway....
After dinner I noticed everyone getting coffee somewhere. So I found the station and found that there was no more coffee and that I had to wait for the brew. i noticed the couple sitting at the table behind us "ordered a cake" and we were never told that dessert was an option either! Nor given a menu for that. When I went back up for coffee, I must have just missed it because it was empty again. While standing there my waiter spots us and says " OH you were never offered dessert, you don't actually want it do you?"... At this point the only thing we wanted was off the boat. We scraped everything we could to have a once in a lifetime experience and we left extremely hungry and angry. I was REALLY hoping that we would do this again but, I would reconsider other options if you are on a budget Friendly vacation.
