Outstanding service at this beautiful new property. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless.
Felipe and Erik at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They made check-in smooth and set the tone for a great stay. Chris at the pool was attentive and made sure we were always taken care of.
A special thank you to Daniel, the manager, for setting up such a great trip and for the thoughtful communication ahead of our arrival. It made everything feel organized, easy, and personalized before we even stepped on property.
What made the stay extra special was Nike and her incredible hospitality. We first met her at the Jurimeah Resort in Mallorca, and to our surprise she is now here at the Four Seasons. It was such a pleasure seeing her again. She was amazing in Mallorca and just as exceptional here. So kind, thoughtful, and truly one of a kind. Wishing her the absolute best here.
Will certainly be back!
While this hotel has immense potential, our stay was marred by letdowns that half-decent 4 or 5 star hotels should not have, let alone the Four Seasons. I stayed in late February 2026.
I would like to first be fair and thank Nik, the front office manager, for giving his full attention and empathy toward my issues. Eventually I worked with him to move rooms and arrive at an agreed upon partial refund so I can't say my issues were not addressed in some way. However, my vacation time, energy, stress, and experience cannot be changed…
This review’s purpose is to provide fair criticism for upper management, report why the hotel is unacceptable in its current form, and warn other travelers considering the hotel (right now at least, all these issues can be fixed!).
From the most severe issues to least:
1. One of my rooms was downgraded without warning from ocean view to non ocean view.
- my original room was given away without warning
- I wasn’t even told upon check-in
- I had to figure out my room was the wrong type and bring it up to the front desk which only then admitted to the mistake
- To management: Unless the room becomes unusable, whoever has a confirmation for the room should be able to get it…
2. Even worse, this downgraded room faced construction which was very loud on the balcony
- noise measured on my Apple Watch was 80 dB during daytime hours, making the balcony unusable
- To management: rooms facing construction should have been immediately blocked out when construction was discovered, which according to many other reviews here was at least a week ago
3. The second ocean view room we booked was more like a partial ocean view.
- unlike photos on the web, the ocean was only visible from near the window/ on the balcony.
- since there’s also a partial ocean view room category, I expected the ocean to be visible from nearly every angle in my room, yet that was not true
- To management: that room (and similar ones) has to be relabeled as partial ocean view room, don’t try to pass it off as an ocean view room
4. Housekeeping was quite understaffed
- did not get my room serviced until 5PM, upon special request to Nik
- this seems to be an issue that other reviews pointed out
- To management: hire more people, I saw them moving throughout the hallways and they seemed focused and were working hard, so you need more staff
5. Food service needs more staff or more training
- room service breakfast had a missing smoothie and the sides of my eggs Benedict were missing.
- Upon seating at the restaurant for breakfast on our second morning, our server just forgot about us or the host forgot to assign us a server
- when I pointed this issue out to the host she seemed shocked and got someone over promptly to serve us
- To management: provide better training or develop better operational protocols for your staff
I am not giving a 1-star hotel because the rooms themselves, public spaces, beach, tennis center, and fitness center were awesome. Also, the staff were friendly and attentive, barring incidents that I'll attribute to lack of training/experience rather than indifference/malice. I’d definitely consider coming back if I were guaranteed these issues (and other similar basic ones) would not happen again. But until that happens, I’d look elsewhere for a relaxing 5-star resort experience.
This hotel is not ready to host guests who expect a 5-star experience. We stayed here over President’s Day (hotel was completely booked). We booked a “partial ocean view” room that ended up overlooking an extremely loud, active construction site. And by active I mean the machinery and loud beeping trucks started at 7am and went until 6pm. We could not open our balcony door or enjoy the terrace for the entire stay. We could also not move rooms because the hotel was fully booked (how they thought they should book any rooms facing the construction is beyond me).
The kids pool was also bordering the construction site, and at one point at 2pm a huge crane was pounding a steel beam into the ground 15 feet from where guests were trying to enjoy the sunshine. It was earth- shakingly loud and the managers’ best excuse was “we hope it stops soon.” Most people by the pool left to flee the racket.
The staff are smiley but the hotel is just not ready to be truly helpful yet. I asked three different staff members where I could buy swim goggles and got three different - and and incorrect- answers. The wait staff is trying but it took 40 minutes one day to get a drink, and another time my simple omelet order was prepared incorrectly 3 times.
The “snack bar” across the street is super pricey and fancy fare (exotic cheesecake, espresso drinks, fancy sandwiches). Literally nothing there my kids would eat. Even the packaged items were too fancy (truffle chips? Olive tapenade?! Great if I’m hosting a fancy dinner party in my tiny hotel room but not if my young kids need a snack!)
The icing on the cake is that housekeeping was understaffed (the front desk admitted this) and would not service the room until very late, if at all (after 830pm one night!)- not ideal if you have kids to get to bed.
The front desk people try to be friendly but are disjointed. I had an issue with housekeeping on the last night there (a missing item) and when I complained numerous times, a different person was there each time and had no idea of my concerns. The staff did not seem to communicate with each other or follow up with me. I left very unhappy, and angry.
Long story short - this hotel MAY be great in a year, after it works out some staffing kinks, and does not have an active construction site immediately next door. Until then, this place is a hard pass for anyone looking for a high-end hotel experience.

Our stay at Four Seasons Naples Beach was nothing short of exceptional. The Four Seasons brand truly speaks for itself, and this property delivers on every level. We’ve had the pleasure of staying at some of the finest hotels up and down both the East and West Coasts of Florida, and the service and attention to detail here is simply unmatched.
From the moment you arrive and are greeted by valet. Marc with valet made sure any issues were addressed and we were taken care of. From the warm and welcoming front desk team, to the attentive staff throughout the property — every interaction feels thoughtful and genuine. The beach team goes above and beyond, making time on the sand effortless and relaxing.
A special thank you to Nik! (Front Office Manager), who runs the hotel and made our stay absolutely unforgettable. His leadership and hospitality ensured we not only had an incredible experience, but also booked future stays before we even left.
If you’re visiting, be patient as the team continues development and enhancements — they truly care and will take wonderful care of you.

It is absolutely ridiculous that they charge $15 for parking. It’s not the price, it’s the idea of it. We come for a multi hundred dollar dinner, and it just feels like a slap in the face at the end.
I will local group has been actively sending customers over to the Ritz Carlton because they don’t charge for parking, which is more very respect thing than anything. It’s not like there are competitive businesses next-door, where people are going to abuse, the parking system., Four Seasons is literally the only thing there.
I understand that they may be worried about people abusing the beach, but a validation like usual is fine, but it should make it totally free, even if you went into buy a cup of coffee
It just feels highly disrespectful, and we all know that the hotel is making the money, not the third-party parking system
It is literally better for everyone to not charge for parking, the valet attendants are happier, the customers are happier, and it totally speeds up the Valet process at the end of the night when people are leaving.
I will still give total five stars because everything else is perfect.
