    Room wasn't all that dated, some nice work has been done, still has the old tub though. Biggest problem is the old socks smell. Also many reviews mention a washing machine or laundry room, sorry as of Feb 2026, no more. Definitely would not stay here if I was paying for with my own money. I was staying there for business so I dealt with the issues.

    We stayed at this property in the past when it was a different hotel. It wasn't a good place to stay then and it isn't now either. The property is dark, dreary, dated, not clean and not nicely decorated. Carpet in halls & room is very soiled & room smells of a cover up scent but doesn't smell fresh. There is no landscaping in front of the property, but an empty corner of soil where one would expect grass, plants, shrubs or trees. I expected our stay to be better this time & thought the high room cost meant the property had been remodeled & updated. Wrong! This isn't the case. I wasn't greeted as I stood at the desk waiting to be checked in. The only conversation was to request my ID and to ask the make & color of my car. No thank you, hello, have a nice stay, nothing! There is a parking charge here, expected because I read about it but I don't understand the necessity. I can't recommend the hotel and give it a very poor rating.

    AVOID!!! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!! This hotel, and specifically our room, does not live up to the standard that I expect from Hilton, even at a "lower end" property! I have been Diamond with Hilton for nearly 30 years, and rarely have a complaint. Our shower is cold. When we reported this to the staff, they stated that the faucet in the room was known bad and would not warm up. They even said that they have regular guests that request the room because the faucet doesn't provide hot water. Staff told us that there was no other room available. They offered us a free breakfast, but that hardly makes up for cold showers. Next, when we went to the bar in the evening, we noticed that the ice was full of black debris! I would absolutely avoid this hotel. Edit: When we mentioned this to the morning staff, they gave us access to a room 2 floors above to shower. At least we can take a warm shower, but have to carry our stuff up 2 floors, shower, then return to our room. I have to give them credit for doing SOMETHING to make our situation better.

    great location - close to the beach and everything naples. This hotel is old and not updated and really made my skin crawl. rooms have a smell. I would not stay here again. Staff is very nice tho.
