  Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Breakfast is expensive & slow to be seated, but has excellent steaks for dinner!

  For the life of me, I have no clue how this property gets such excellent reviews. I’m a Hilton diamond member and this is by far THE worse Hilton I’ve ever stayed at! We stayed for one night as we had a meeting the next morning. The property needs a renovation. Hallways and rooms feel like an outdated, cheap motel. Our room was filthy. The curtains had brown stains on them and it wasn’t ‘rust’. The carpet was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable given the mattress was so old and heavily dented. We went to Shula’s bar for a drink. The stools are literally falling apart. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

  Camas muy cómodas y habitación muy limpia. Servicio a la playa excelente. Muy simpático y muy culto el señor de indonesia que nos llevó a la playa. Piscina pequeña. Mejoraría si tuviera agua y hielo disponible. No contábamos con agua en el habitación para hacer café. Si tenia estos servicios no fueron comunicados por el personal. Personal de la recepción poco comunicativo.

  The Hilton Naples is a very pristine property to stay at if you are in the area. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. The on-site restaurant had a scrumptious breakfast with a plethora of items on the menu. The outdoor pool and hot tub were heated and very well taken care of. Plenty of restaurants and shops within the area as well. would definitely recommend staying here.

  1 am extremely disappointed with my stay at this Hilton. This hotel does not meet 4-star standards in any way. The rooms are old, worn out, and visibly dirty. The bed sheets looked unclean, the sink was dirty, and the overall condition of the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. It honestly felt more like a budget motel than a Hilton property. The coffee machine didn't even work, and the room provided only the bare minimum basics - no comfort, no attention to detail, nothing you would expect from a hotel in this category. The lobby situation is just as bad. It's constantly overcrowded with outside visitors because the hotel keeps renting convention rooms. It feels chaotic and noisy all the time. There is absolutely no quiet or cozy space to sit with a coffee, read a book, or get any work done - which is something most travelers really need. For the price they charge, this is unacceptable. Hilton is supposed to represent quality and comfort, but this location seriously damages the brand's reputation. I would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend it to ar a looking for a clean, comfortable. relaxing horel experience.
