Wir kommen seit über 15 Jahren mindestens 1x im Jahr her, jedesmal bekommt man weniger für unser Geld. Snacks für Gold members wurden abgeschafft, Kaffee und Tee Station ist auch nicht mehr. Die Lounge wurde nach der Pandemie geschlossen. Die zimmerreinigung ist sehr oberflächlich. Überall liegt noch Staub. Die Rezeption ist mit sehr freundlichen Menschen besetzt, Brad hat uns sehr sehr freundlich empfangen und hilft uns überall weiter wo wir Hilfe benötigen. Das mit dem Frühstück im shulas Restaurant ist nicht sehr komfortabel es gibt ständig neue regeln was man bestellen darf und was nicht, und jedes Mal ist es weniger! Das alte nette Personal wurde komplett ausgetauscht!
Die Lage ist ok, zu allem benötigt man nur wenige Minuten.
Zimmer könnten mal langsam eine Modernisierung vertragen. Zimmer mit Balkon sind schön, aber auch die Möbel auf dem Balkon sind kaputt. Positiv ist das man immer Wasser bekommt und das kostenlos parken ist toll. Auch ein beachshuttel gibt es, und kostenlos Fahrräder für 2 Stunden am Tag.
Ich möchte noch kurz etwas über unseren Check out schreiben. Es gab Unstimmigkeiten wie immer, die Abrechnung ist immer sehr verwirrend. Als wir um Klärung gebeten haben, wurden wir sehr ungeduldig auf Positionen aufmerksam gemacht, ich wurde als „ Hanny „ bezeichnet, welches ich als absolut respektlos und überaus unhöflich empfand! Absolut unseriös, da steht eine junge Frau hinter der Rezeption und meint mich als dumm hinzustellen, weil ich ihr merkwürdiges und unübersichtliches Abrechnungssystem nicht verstehe! Leider müssen wir hierfür nochmals ein Stern abziehen!
Vielleicht sehen sie unsere Bewertung als Anlass für eine Schulung ihrer Mitarbeiter, wie man mit Stammgästen umgeht!
Jenna ist für uns da ein Parade Beispiel, sie ist eine Tolle Nachfolge für Diane , die wir sehr vermissen!

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! They offer complimentary valet parking but no attendant. They offer bell service, no bell person. I asked for a cart, they said only bell service…well Im not waiting for the bell person! Lobby is nice but that is about it. Rooms need serious Reno! The TV had a black line going down the screen so couldn’t watch tv. The toilet handle was loose. The shower curtain was the plastic hookless one. Website states complimentary breakfast for members, they said no when I asked. I showed them the website, and all she could say was “I will let the manager know.” No complimentary coffee in the lobby either. I will never stay here again! So many other hotels on this road that offer so much more.

I wish I could give it more stars!!! It was great experience. The hotel smells wonderful and It is very clean. The Bed was so comfortable. Shula's restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. I would advise that you include breakfast with your booking. It is worth it. Our server Azael was very attentive. The pool server Mike is the man. Every suggestion he made for food and drink was perfect. The manager Tonya was amazing. Take advantage of the beach shuttle. It is included with your stay. Jim will provide with a chair, water, and drop you off and pick you up from the beach. Doesn't get any better or more convenient. The staff is amazing and welcoming. I did not want to leave

We're currently staying here and we love the rooms. Staff at the restaurant is great and very friendly.
The hotel itself is freezing cold. The rooms are freezing and you cannot warm it up because that doesn't work. Luckily we had a balcony room so left the door open to warm up the room.
The staff at the front desk are not very friendly in my opinion. Especially the lady with black curly hair. She acts very bossy and is not looking at you when she speaks. This morning I asked her colleague something and she responded while she was on the other side of the desk. Telling me "No we don't have camera"/ in the hotel (I lost something at the lobby which was very valuable). So the whole hotel does not have any cameras. I don't understand that in a world like this.
I think we would not return. The lady during our check in (spanish speaking blonde lady) was amazing and kind also to my kids. I loved that.
