We had a family member fall very ill this week, and this hotel completely refused to budge and blamed it on the third party booking provider. The third party booking provider (Chase) was much more empathetic and called the hotel on our behalf multiple times with no success. This hotel doesn’t care about their guests…plenty of options so find a hotel that does. Quitting Hilton Honors as we speak…

The hotel rejected my request, not the third party booking provider. Just want to get the facts correct.

We got a room of help with that. We asked room service for new towels. We got it. The rooms were really nice. The beds were very comfy. The room was very quiet. The shower was nice. Hot with good pressure. Everything was better than expected. I highly recommend this place. We will be back..
