The staff was wonderful and attentive, and the amenities are top notch. I love the pool & outside area, the fitness center, and the location of the hot water/tea/coffee was perfectly located centrally but out of the way of the front desk.

She definitely should not be working at the front of the house as her customer relation skills are severely lacking professionalism! Too bad large corporations have limited means to attract qualified employees 🙄 One star was far too many for this horrible experience as a GOLD member!!

Nous avons fait le Check -in avec une jeune réceptionniste très agréable , elle nous a même proposé des bouteilles d’eau gratuitement ce qui est rare aux US . Hotel tout neuf avec chambre et salle de douche trop belle et pratique , des petites attentions de partout je recommande vraiment ! A moins de 10 min de la plage et parking gratuit . Petit déjeuné correct , vous avez même à votre disposition eau chaude /eau froide et café toute la journée !

The cleaning ladies kept everything in excellent condition. The reception staff was friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay at the Naples Hampton Inn again.
