Typical Hampton Inn - you know that you are always going to get a clean room at a reasonable price with a decent continental breakfast. Good location.

This place needs an overhaul. Carpeting is quite old, there was hair strands on bath towel. Surprisingly, the breakfast was not bad. Ms. Lisa was friendly and quite helpful in the breakfast area🌹

They’re under new management, and the new team has implemented early check-in and late checkout fees, which feels extremely greedy.

I arrived at the Hampton Inn in Naples, FL on 12/7/25 a little after 1:00 AM, earlier than my scheduled check-in time. As someone who has worked in hospitality for over 13 years — 7 years as front desk and 6 years as a housekeeping manager, now the Director of Housekeeping for Marriott — I fully understand how night audit works, how dates roll over, and what is and isn’t possible during overnight hours. I came in respectfully, explained the situation, and simply asked if there was any way to check in early if the room was vacant. I was traveling alone with my 3-year-old autistic son, my 2-year-old, and my 11-year-old, who had to register for his National Football Championship at 9 AM — just 8 hours later. After 23 hours of driving from Massachusetts so my son could experience this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, all I needed was a little compassion. Instead, the overnight staff was completely unempathetic. She immediately said she couldn’t do anything until after 5 AM when audit was done and that if she did check me in it would be a $40 early check-in fee. There was no attempt to check if the room was clean and vacant, no effort to help, not even basic human understanding of a mother with three exhausted children in the middle of the night. At the Hyatt, and even at Marriott where I currently work, if a room is vacant and clean, we happily check in early arrivals — especially families, especially during hardship. That is Hospitality 101. What I experienced here was the opposite. When I explained that I had nowhere to go and that I might have to sit in the car with my children until morning, she brushed it off and repeated, “You can wait for the manager at 7.” No empathy. No alternatives. Nothing. I am writing this review from my rental car, with two toddlers screaming in the back seat, while my 11-year-old tries to rest before one of the biggest days of his life. I have never felt so dismissed, disrespected, or unsupported by a hotel — especially one under the Hilton brand. For a company that claims to value hospitality, this location failed on every possible level. 0 stars!!
