We stayed one night at Best Western Naples Inn & Suites after booking last minute and overall really enjoyed the location, amenities, and how smooth checkout was. The kids loved the pool, and the breakfast and pool staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. After checkout, our family went straight from the hotel pool to the beach and spent most of the day swimming while waiting for our next place to be ready.
Unfortunately, after checking into our next hotel, we realized my 11-year-old nephew had left his bag in the closet of our room. He was very clear about where it was left, and this was discovered the same day we checked out.
Because the next hotel was close by, my mom drove back that evening (December 26, 2025) to ask the front desk if the bag had been found. The overnight/front desk agent was dismissive and unkind, did not check lost and found, ask for details, or offer to follow up in any way. My mom explained she’d come back in the morning, upset because my nephew had no clothes besides his swimsuit and a shirt on the first full day of our trip.
The next morning (December 27, 2025), my mom returned as promised. The same employee was on duty. While speaking in Spanish with another employee, she made eye contact with my mom and flipped her off before continuing her conversation. After making my mom wait, she then reached behind the counter and handed over my nephew’s bag.
This was our first stay here, and we truly enjoyed everything about the property itself. We visit Naples often and had planned to stay here again. However, the after-stay experience was concerning. My mom is 65 years old, and the way she was treated while simply trying to recover a child’s belongings was inappropriate and disappointing. Long shifts are understandable — disrespectful behavior toward guests is not.

Stayed here a few nights with my folks. Compared to other Best Westerns I've stayed at, I regret to report this was one of the lowest of them all for numerous reasons.
A few positives:
- We stayed in renovated rooms, which were clean, nice and spacious, had comfortable beds to get a good night sleep, and great quality shower in the washrooms.
- Breakfast area was all outdoors by the pool. Great fresh-air idea, though wondering what would happen should it rain or be too cold/rainy.
- Great location, close to Lowdermilk Beach, and numerous shopping areas (a mall, giant plaza with Publix).
Now the criticism:
- The rooms we stayed in had very minimal furniture, other than the bed, nightstands, and small dresser with three drawers.
NO TABLES to put things down on, or if anyone wanted to eat in the room or work on their computers. Nothing available.
- The breakfast lacked a lot of "healtier" options. Sure the waffles are great, and some of the yogurt, cereal and fruit options were alright, but the eggs were quite terrible (overcooked and salty), and many other options were pretty much all carbs, enough to gain a few pounds. There should at least be cheese, Plain Greek Yogurt, etc.
- They were a bit cheap in some other amenities to make our stay more comfortable (nearly all other BW hotels were much more accommodating). A good example was if you wanted to add milk and/or honey to coffee/tea, the front desk would explicitly say "go to Publix and buy your own!". If you wanted even drinking water, there was one tiny working fountain in the whole complex that would take about 2 hours to fill up a bottle. Again.. Publix.
To wrap things up, some of the front desk staff could've been more supportive in these concerns. We felt that wasn't really the case. A response about the lack of tables such as "we don't have. sorry! now you know..." doesn't reflect on BW's aim to provide quality experiences to their guests.
We won't stay at this location ever again, and can't really encourage others either at this point.

This is a very peaceful little gem. It made me feel like I was on a very relaxing vacation. The room was refreshing simple and welcoming. The yard is just magic with little waterfalls, Koi fish, a beautiful pool, tons of plants, mini golf interested in the green surroundings that you may miss it. Very friendly staff. Good and solid breakfast. By far the one of the best hotels I visited.
Really!?? Spots blood on the The Bed We checked in only to find roaches under the bed found BIG Lizard & cockroach. We are now stuck after midnight with our kids looking for another hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Ripped up carpets throughout the room, sticky remotes, chewed up gummy worms from previous guests were stuck between the cushions on the sofa, wife woke up with a small cockroach crawling up her arm, and the room's refrigerator stank so bad we decided not to put food in it. Finally, used tissues from previous guests were piled up in the bathroom. Strongly recommend you seek different accommodations. Photos included.
