  We absolutely love Bellasera Resort—it is, without question, our favorite place to stay in Naples. From the moment we arrive, everything feels effortless, welcoming, and truly special. What sets Bellasera apart from other resorts is the incredible staff. People like Paul and Scott go above and beyond in a way that feels personal, not scripted. Their attention to detail and genuine care make every stay memorable. The amenities are truly world-class—beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to create both relaxation and a sense of luxury. Whether you’re spending the day by the pool or enjoying the overall atmosphere of the property, it never disappoints. We honestly hate to leave every time. Bellasera feels like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return.

  Wir haben hier 2 Nächte in einer Suite verbracht. Die Suite (Nr. 203) ist sehr groß und verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett. Daneben gibt es einen großen Wohn- / Essbereich mit offener Küche. Im Wohnzimmer steht auch die Schlafcouch. Das Badezimmer hat separat abschließbare Zugänge über das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer. Einen großen Balkon gab es auch - dieser hatte zum Garten hin vollflächig Insektenschutznetze. Das Zimmer lag sehr ruhig, auch von Nachbarn haben wir nichts gehört. Alles war sauber und noch sehr neu (April 2026). Im Hotel gibt es ein sehr gutes Restaurant, in dem man schön draußen sitzen kann. In der London Bar gibt es anscheinend jeden Abend Live Musik. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service. Zur Shopping- und Restaurantmeile ist es aber auch zu Fuß nicht weit. Sehr nett: Zur Begründung gibt es einen Prosecco aufs Haus. Und jeder Gast bekommt eine kleine Flasche Wasser.

  Editing my review as this is now the second time management at this staff told me, a visibly middle eastern person and my two Asian guests, that I am mistaken in knowing what racial profiling is. How disgusting that instead of hearing a guest out you blindly defend the very staff that were rude to us for no legitimate reason. Repeatedly?? Not one person at this hotel spoke to us politely (aside from a young gentleman w glasses working the valet area). We did not request for anyone to wait for us on a “busy holiday weekend” on stops we asked to pick up coffee and a muffin on the way to the beach that was 3 minutes from the hotel. No one at this hotel “was more than happy” to do anything. Take some feedback and consider it otherwise i must assume the attitude had a REASON. Original review: My friends booked me a night here for my bachelorette weekend and unfortunately we had very bad, disappointing, not 4 star, might I even say racially profiled service the entire stay. This hotel lacks basic hospitality. For a hotel that boasts high end 4 star quality service there was none in regards to communication and customer service. Every single person we encountered from checkin to checkout had an attitude with simple requests such as using a bell hoper to help w bags upon checkin, asking for extra towels to be brought to the room (they were brought into the room in a plastic bag and thrown on the floor), and even requesting access to the beach with the complimentary shuttle. We were made to feel like a burden for requesting assistance to the beach. Every person was annoyed we were requesting to use these items or that we wanted them to the extent that they would make an audible comment- such as upon checkin we asked for help without bags to our rooms atleast 3 times and were met with “yeah you could help you with the bags but later”, implying we should take them ourselves to the room. And it took us insisting 4 times we didn’t want to move the car and that we knew our own schedule. “You want to go to 5th street beach it’s busy over there. I can’t stop anywhere for you to pick up food bc it’s a busy morning.” Implying guests in church service were a priority over us even though the front desk told us multiple stops were offered. “Do not call us to pick you up unless you are completely ready,” and “You’re making me work now” when requesting 1 robe & 3 extra towels from housekeeping. Completely inappropriate and unnecessary. Borderline combative and defensive responses from staff - consistently and constantly. Gross. I have never been treated like this at a hotel even holiday inn answers requests w pleasure, especially as an older party that was paying for one of the largest suites on the property. By the way we are in our late 30s and 40s, this was to be a relaxing not party weekend we literally were asleep by 11 pm and looking forward to a sun filled weekend and instead we left feeling disrespected and slighted. This entire group needs to revisit hospitality training and reassess why they are in the business of creating memorable stays for others. We do not recommend staying here at all and taking your business elsewhere. It’s possible bc we are three brown women that this entire staff thought we wouldn’t notice treatment like this but it was palpable.

  Dit hotel heeft ons écht dat ultieme vakantiegevoel gegeven! De kamers waren super luxe, ruim en brandschoon. Het kinderbedje stond al klaar en was netjes opgemaakt, iets wat we nauwelijks tegenkomen. Er stond zelfs een kinderstoel, wat het extra fijn maakte met een kleine kindjes. En de heerlijke L’Occitane doucheproducten maakten het luxe gevoel helemaal af. ’s Avonds nog even ontspannen op je balkon of terras? Geen probleem, er is een muskietennet geplaatst, zodat je heerlijk buiten kunt zitten zonder overlast van muggen. Het hotel was in het echt zelfs nóg mooier dan op de foto’s. Ook de taxiservice was top geregeld: binnen 10 minuten stonden we bij de Naples Zoo en na één belletje stonden ze binnen 7 minuten alweer klaar om ons op te halen. Absoluut een aanrader en wij komen zeker terug!
