  Horrific experience here. Illegally required me to take a payroll card with an incorrect amount on it. Waiting for them to make it right. More details to come if the issue is not fixed.

  We are a family of four who spent 3 nights/4 days at this hotel. The first night we got there, there was no body soap or hand soap. The floor was dirty, the shower had hairs all over. They provided one roll of toilet paper for four people for four days. Even though their brand sticker says they provide daily light cleaning, nobody ever came into the room to take out trash, refill soaps- despite our request at the front desk. They provided three towels for four people and when we requested fresh towels on day three, the receptionist said that it’s a long stay - one week minimum- hotel and they only provide towels for seven days. Also, no garbage pick up for seven days. I looked into this statement and it’s completely false. They’re not an exclusively 7 day minimum stay hotel. Breakfast buffet area was dirty, unsanitary.

  This place is almost brand new. It’s not even on the map yet. Hotel is at where the dirt lot is on the map. Beautiful place. It feels like a five star resort. So many amenities I can’t even try to list them. I stay here a lot due to working on the facility next door. It’s a nice home away from home.

  Beautiful new hotel. Manager/Owner almost ruined my vacation. Worst check in experience I’ve had in any hotel/motel. Was rudely cutoff and was bluntly told check in is at 4. This was after I was told at 1 that I can check back in closer to 3. I’m a rewards member so I can usually check early with no problem but I guess not that day. And I get it, but guess what my room was not ready until 5:20 not 4. I am sad that such a beautiful new hotel is so understaffed and has such a rude owner/manager and I can’t believe IHG even partner with this guy.

  We had a fantastic stay. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable (rare for a hotel!), and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The breakfast spread had plenty of variety, including a soda machine. It’s rare to find this level of quality and cleanliness at such a reasonable price point. Highly recommended!
