As well as the young lady who checked us in (I'm so sorry I forgot your name!) She went above and beyond and upgraded us to a suite when we got there. The entire staff was just amazing. The rooms are outdated. But the staff well makes up for it. (Be careful. Mold in bathrooms)

Ms. Jodi at the front desk always greets me warmly, and has an infectious smile. Ms. Wanda always sees that the breakfast area is well tended and greets me with a smile every morning for breakfast. Mr. Kailer is a very nice young man who works the front desk, and treated me very kindly when I was emotionally fragile. Ms. Dianne, the AGM, will give the shirt off her back for someone in need. Ms. Malena is great too, she’s always there at night when I need snacks, and is very nice. Every single staff member at this hotel has treated me like family. My stay is not over yet, but wanted to leave this review anyways
- AJAleshia JDec 5, 20251.0I had a four night stay here while visiting my family. The location is not great as it is in quite a dark area set back from the main road. I did not feel overly safe outside the hotel as a single female traveler. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and competent. I stayed in two different rooms. The first room was more modern than the second room, with a comfortable AC and a comfortable, clean bed. Unfortunately I saw two cockroaches during my visit. The first was quite small and I ignored him but the second one was very large. The front desk staff was wonderful and very quickly and promptly moved me to a second room. The second room seemed roach free but the walls were stained, with some water damage and it seemed quite run down.
