My family was charged for a “damaged towel,” which not only had minimal makeup stains, but had not even been through one wash cycle. I know from using the makeup that it washes off within one wash. Upon calling, the front desk was incredibly rude (interrupting, snapping, yelling, and making accusations). Would not recommend, nor wish upon my worst enemy.
