- TJTrish JamesNov 20, 20251.0The coffee maker in my room did not work. However, the front desk clerk was quick to get me a replacement. The towels are thin and as scratchy as sandpaper. The real kicker, though, is the $7.49 I was charged because a washcloth did not come out clean. I honestly don't remember using a washcloth at all. If I did, it was to wipe up the mess caused by the broken coffee maker. I find it highly insulting to be charged for "property damage", especially for a thin, worn out, scratchy washcloth (assuming it was in the same condition as the towels, because again, I don't recall actually using one ). I don't know how housekeeping is able to determine which washcloths coming out of the wash were in which rooms. I am a business woman who travels for a living and I have never been charged such a ridiculous fee. It's not the dollar amount, it's the principle.

Food was good, the place was super clean. Friendly staff. We stayed 2 nights. No security issues. Would stay again
