  The Director of Sales, Sylma Priegues, went above and beyond—ensuring all paperwork and authorizations were handled seamlessly prior to our stay. She even took the time to personally call and introduce herself, providing her direct contact information should anything be needed for our band Stryper and their crew. On the day of check-in, Sylma stopped by on her day off to personally ensure our VIP guests were warmly welcomed and properly checked in. She also graciously arranged early check-in for everyone, which was incredibly appreciated. General Manager Aaron Jensen was there as well, greeting our group and making everyone feel truly welcome from the moment they arrived. The suites exceeded expectations—beautifully appointed, spacious, and absolutely perfect for our stay. A special thank you also to Assistant General Manager Diondre Harvey for his support throughout. Every member of the staff delivered exceptional service, and we would absolutely stay here again—100%.

  From the time we checked in to the time we left we had the best motel experience we have had. The staff was extremely attentive and kind we DIDN'T meet one staff member that seemed to be in a bad mood. The breakfast was amazing the staff at breakfast was great didn't make you feel like an inconvenience, they kept everything full and clean. The front desk was amazing we were very early and they took my number and called as soon as my room was ready with being as early as we were we fully intended on it taking a few hours but no it was less than an hour. The room was a bit smaller than we thought but still great it was clean and had everything we needed . The front desk lady (Jasmine ) was kind and friendly from check in to when we needed extra bedding she made sure we had everything we needed or asked for. This was amazing!

  Wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy. A few reasons: -Valet service wasn’t welcoming nor helpful with our bags & for $20 a day we could have parked our own car. -Ice maker didn’t work -They were out of necessities we needed like dish soap -The AC we had to cut off to keep from getting cold because it would only go down & not up to the set/comfortable temperature we wanted (we wanted it on 73 it wouldn’t reach that temp unless cut off) so it felt like Antarctica & once they “found” the maintenance man who they couldn’t find, he said it’s “Miami” & the temp on the thermostat can’t go higher & we’d have to just cut it off & not have any air. -Was given a room that room service was still cleaning at the time of check in/ & the bathroom was still dirty -There is a language barrier -Ladies at the front desk were rude Wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy.   No soy mucho de opinar pero creo que las atenciones de los trabajadores no deberían de mezclarse , Soy colombiano y estuve dos semana hospedado con mi familia en este hotel y me pareció excelente execto algunas cosas no tan importantes pero al respecto la habitación excelente 3 cama dos baño cocina impecable y un sofá cama un minibar excelente para no pedir tanto , recepción desde que llegué fueron súper amables dimara, Marc , Tiffani supervisora de recepción vallet parking siempre amable y ala disposición Evelio un hombre súper la cocina el desayuno y la atención excelente y sobre la limpieza no me quejo siempre atentos con todo agradezco amablemente a Joni inpectora o supervisora como sea del piso que nos hospedamos por su amabilidad y siempre estar atenta que las muchachas nos atendieran gracias por su hospitalidad y hacer nuestra visita súper nos volveríamos alojar siempre acá gracias staybri por su atención de mi parte y mi familia 👏

  The sarcasm and the non-caring attitude of whoever answered the phone when I called about my reservation is absolutely appalling. I gave the confirmation number. I am supposed to be there in 2 days. I had a question about a deposit or incidental charge and after I gave the confirmation number I was told there was no such reservation. I repeated the number three times as did the man I won't say gentleman on the telephone who kept saying that it was not in the system. So it's my loss and there's not a damn thing I can do about it. He said sorry sir with the same kind of tone as if he was saying it's the Christmas season to which I responded by saying you don't sound like you're sorry to which he said okay very cheerfully once again. I am livid. I am also out $200 but thank God I found this out before showing up and then being stranded. I will be contacting my bank in the morning. Folks if you consider to reserve a reservation at this place could I just suggest look elsewhere for your safe regard.
