  El hotel es bonito pero el servicio y el trato es fatal en mi habitación estaban las sábanas llena de arena y solo me dijeron que no habían housekeeping en la noche .

  Service - Staff were very friendly and helpful: from the front desk, housekeeping and hosts for breakfast. We stayed in the Executive Suite room and it was very comfortable, spacious and clean (great housekeeping everyday too!). Nuvo met our needs for a very easy R&R vacation - we utilized the pool everyday and it was very relaxing and comfortable. We didn’t have a car, however nearby stores/malls/restaurants are within walking distance - many options within a 10 minute walk at most, movie theater was about a 20 minute walk. Also it is about a 25 minute cab ride (depending on time of day) from MIA airport.

  Muy bueno el hotel, tienes servicio parking y de valet parking gratis a los huéspedes! El desayuno es rico tipo buffet, tiene piscina y alrededor tiene varios almacenes a pie. Y en carro está a unos 18min del aeropuerto. Excelente opción :)

  We spent a night in this hotel with our toddler. The Hotel location is really good, between two big malls and Ikea, Home depot etc. close to the airport on the western edge of the city. Closest playground is the Veterans park, 5 min from the hotel, city center is about 20-30min. Everything went smoothly when we arrived, the receptionist and the valet parker was really nice, all of the room cleaners were kind could say hello! They spoke Spanish and English too. The hotel is in really good shape and clean, and the amenities were better than expected. The pool area is like in an expensive fancy hotel, with big heated pool, hot bath, bar, gym and big screens. The whole pool area is facing toward the airport, you can see big planes really close. The room was really clean, with well equipped kitchen, the bed was comfortable, only the AC was a little loud but not too much. Windows were noise proof so we couldn’t hear the planes. Breakfast was very good too, it could compete with the more expensive hotels. All in all, this hotel is more than its price, it was a good choice and recommend it. We will choose it next time if we go to Miami.
