  Bathrooms dated and elevator was a little sketchy, but beds comfortable and rooms pretty clean. Breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast.

  This hotel is centrally located close to restaurants, gas stations and other stores. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The service is very nice. The breakfast has ample selections and the coffee is very good and fresh. The front office manager was extremely nice and accommodating to our needs when we extended our stay and asked to be able to remain in the same room. We recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there in the future. Thank you the the very nice and hardworking hotel staff!

  Hotel was very clean and the staff made us feel very welcome and treated us like family highly recommend we especially recommend Onixia,Omilia and Neilly. Would stay here again without hesitation great service And highly recommend to others

  I enjoyed my stay for the most part. The room felt very muggy even hours after the A/C had been on and had a hint of mildew smell that triggered my allergies but other than that, the staff were extremely friendly and I slept good! Enjoyed our breakfast. I really liked the location.

  Steven Castro displays a noticeably short temper and responds in a way that is confrontational. He's is not able to represent IHG as he needs deep anger management training. His communication is inappropriate and unprofessional in a customer-facing role. Regardless of the situation, customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. Management, we have choices such as the Marriott, Hilton and Booking.com to mention a few. You can help IHG by placing him in a job where he doesn't interact with human beings. No one deserves his volcanic behavior. In front of you, he might behave differently.
