  Excellent location near pollo tropical and airport. Rooms were clean and tidy. Specially the toilet and shower were clean. I faced a small issue the water want draining in the shower tub.

  Had a very nice quick stay here— clean facility and room, convenient location to the airport and Nu Stadium (walking distance), no noticeable airplane noise in the rooms, comfy beds but what stood out the most was the excellent service from the staff, in particular Elizabeth who helped us on multiple occasions, one even before we checked in. If we come back for another game, we’ll likely stay here again. Great value.

  Bed was very comfy and rooms were nice, but could not sleep at all due to airplane noise and doors slamming in the hallway. You can hear everything. Shuttle took 50 minutes to pick us up as it runs once an hour and we must have just missed the previous one. When we called the hotel, no one could help us. We weren’t even expecting much from the hotel breakfast, but it was worse than we expected.

  The room was clean and large. There were many broken things in the room including the lamps and racks on the desk. But overall spacious. You will hear noise from the planes but that is to be expected due to proximity to the airport. It was frustrating to listen to the blaring music that they play at the pool all night long. They never turned it off. Pool area is nice and hot tub was VERY hot. It was nice. I paid over $300 for 1 night and I was extremely frustrated with the service and breakfast. Breakfast was stated that it would go to 9:30. We arrived at 8:50 and it was completely empty. Including juice, butter, cream cheese, potatoes. EVERYTHING. The lady that worked in the area was extremely rude. Anytime someone asked if anything could get refilled she would either say "No" or I'm not doing that again this morning. It stayed empty the rest of the time. At 921 her alarm went off on her phone and she kicked everyone out of the breakfast area and shut the door. For areas around that you can walk to, there is a couple gas stations and a Subway.

  I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. After traveling all day, I checked in expecting a clean and comfortable room, but what I received was completely unacceptable. The bathroom shower has visible mold, the sink is clogged with standing water and someone else’s hair, and there is dust throughout the room—including on the lampshades. The carpet is stained, and the overall cleanliness of the room is very poor. I contacted the front desk immediately to request a new room, but I was told none were available until the next day. The staff member appeared to have been asleep when I arrived, and I have yet to receive the follow-up call I was promised. To make matters worse, the additional covers provided smell like cigarette smoke and appear stained. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this room does not meet even minimum standards. I would not stay here again and will be pursuing a refund through corporate.
