  1 elevator working that's shared by guest and staff! A excessively ling wait time for the elevator to finally appear! Old, outdated hotel that is poorly maintained! Noisy, unfriendly, unprofessional staff. This is the worst holiday inn hotel we've ever stayed at! The pictures on their site are not a true depiction of the actual property, don't be fooled! Don't walk away from vooking this location, run!

  Older IHG property, well maintained and with a great location. Plenty of close by shops, restaurants, clubs, small grocery, and attractions. Foot traffic can get high with airports and cruises in the summer, but most are respectful and maintain quiet in the halls. Staff was very hospitable, and professional. If you don't need trendy, and prefer quiet and professional, this is for you.

  This place was amazing in every regard. Steven, Arly, Catarina and the breakfast staff were so helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing choices and well replenished. Rooms were great and spacious. The only issue was the cards to get in the room.. they always needed to be fixed as it gave issues continuously. Overall great location and well kept. Great pool area and lots of parking.

  Absolutely ridiculous experience. We booked the room for 4 adults, one person from each couple listed for check in. We chose this hotel for the shuttle service from the airport. Waited 30 minutes for the shuttle. Drove by as we waived it down. Waited another 45 minutes for it again. Once again it drove by. Tried calling the hotel multiple times with no response. Ended up paying for an overpriced Uber. We understand that things happen and we’re willing to look past this even though it was frustrating. But the check in proved to be even worse. Catalina at the front desk was extremely unwelcoming. Preparations were made correctly on our side for check in but she said we did not list the names correctly for check in. We had called in prior to our trip to verify both parties would be good for check in as we would be arriving at different times. We were told both parties would be fine to check in with whoever was arriving first. If we called to confirm this and had an email with both names, you would assume the error would be on the hotels side? Not in her eyes. We even presented her with the confirmation showing both names. Very rude and inconsiderate saying it was not her problem that the previous hotel desk person did not enter it in correctly in their system. We have the email showing both party names? We even had the booking party on the phone confirming the email received, account number, anything that was requested. She consistently told us it was our problem and was not willing to look into the fact we had a confirmation email with both names listed. She did not want to help sort out the issue. She questioned our ability to send emails as well. I have never been treated this way before in any hotel situation. At minimum, she should have been willing to help get to the base of the problem with calling into their back end or manager. She eventually threw papers onto the check in counter and circled where to sign. We proceeded to sign and She said “can you not read? You signed where you aren’t supposed to!”. I have never experienced customer service this poor. I was flabbergasted. Choose a different hotel, we wish we would have.

  The experience was good. Overall. The room was really cold! The heater was slow to work. Took us entire night to warm it up. Every night I was changing key-cards. Other guests too. I guess they have old sensors. The location is convenient and takes 30 minutes to downtown. Breakfast is fresh. Plenty of parking space. I recommend this place.
