  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Exceptional Experience I have never been treated so well at any hotel—ever. From the moment we arrived, the General Manager, Richard, went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcomed. He greeted my husband and me with such warmth—it honestly felt like we were reconnecting with an old friend. My husband is a disabled veteran, and a few days before our arrival, he had spoken with Richard about the possibility of an early check-in due to our early flight. Not only did Richard make it happen, but he personally ensured our room was ready and came out to greet us when we arrived. That level of care and attention is incredibly rare! Our room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable—exactly what we needed after traveling. Later, we went down to the hotel restaurant to grab a quick bite to bring back to our room. Although there was a slight delay due to a cook calling out sick, Richard once again stepped in, coordinated with another staff member, and made sure we were taken care of without hesitation. That kind of leadership speaks volumes. We both ordered the cheesesteak and fries, and it was absolutely delicious! Every hotel should be lucky enough to have a General Manager who genuinely cares the way Richard does. His dedication to his guests is unmatched. This will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we’re in Miami. Thank you, Richard—God bless!

  I had a bad experience with a front desk customer service representative - a lady, we stayed at this hotel last week and had inquiries about our deposit, I called in on Wednesday and this same woman she didn’t even bother to ask our names and check the information instead she was rude and told us to wait till Thursday, it’s been more than a week since we checked out and we had to wait more??? okay, then today, Friday I called in the same woman, when I started speaking she just transfers me and the phone gets hung up, I have to call in again but this time another lady picks up the phone and asks the information helps me to solve the situation. You need to do better with customer service, when we need help u just transfer and hang up on us?? what kinda customer service is that?

  Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Biggest gripe is that the room was incredibly hot, like 85 degrees when we walked in because the a/c was turned off and at first we thought it was broken. It wasn't pleasant waiting for it to cool down but luckily it did within 10 minutes. We saw an iguana sunning himself when we were at the pool which was cool and breakfast at the hotel was delicious. Free shuttle from the airport was nice and was surprised that we only waited about 10 minutes for it to arrive! Would stay again. We stayed two nights prior to our cruise and while we didn't utilized the paid shuttle for that, I would stay here again.

  Took 30 minutes for shuttle pickup, we were told it would be 3 or more hours until the room was ready. Waited by the pool and our name was never called..we inquired about our room and as the desk agent was chexking on the room, the other desk agent was constantly asking for help bwcause he couldn't figure out how to work the system for TA rooms. We were in our rooms by 4p while housekeeping staff were cracking jokes, about us yes, we understand spanish. I called down to housekeeping around 5 for towels because we had none. My husband went down to the pool and gym to get some. We just returned from enjoying the beautiful entertainment and its 9:30 AND STILL NO TOWELS. I will be posting this to Expedia and hotels.com.

  Sto pernottando in questo hotel con la famiglia dopo una vacanza itinerante in Florida. Scelto per la comodità con l’aeroporto da cui dobbiamo rientrare in Italia domani. La camera è graziosa, pulita e grande ma il frigo e la macchina del caffè sono staccati e una delle luci non funziona. Tuttavia l’aspetto peggiore è stato l’accoglienza in reception. L’impiegata è stata estremamente scortese: senza nemmeno guardarci in faccia ha iniziato a recitare istruzioni in un inglese velocissimo e per noi incomprensibile. Siamo persone che viaggiano e conoscono le lingue ma davvero nessuno di noi capiva quello che la signora stava dicendo. Abbiamo tentato di interromperla ma ha voluto terminare il suo discorso mostrandosi scocciata per l’interruzione. Dopodiché non voleva ripetere perché era convinta che una di noi avesse capito e le ha chiesto di tradurre per noi… solo dopo varie richieste si è degnata di ricominciare un po’ più lentamente così abbiamo capito che l’argomento della conversazione era il deposito cauzionale. Stessa scena quando abbiamo chiesto informazioni sul parcheggio, tanto che abbiamo dovuto spostare l’auto altrove dopo aver chiesto per scrupolo ad un altro impiegato che si è spiegato in modo gentile e comprensibile. Non credo che un comportamento simile sia accettabile dal personale dell’accoglienza In un hotel vicino ad un aeroporto internazionale…
