David and Pablo at the front desk quickly sprung into action to find me a room, get it cleaned and went above and beyond to make sure my rough day didn’t become even worse. I can’t say express my gratitude enough and will absolutely come back here, specifically because of their kindness and care. Great breakfast and clean room with very nice sheets were a bonus. But the customer service is why I will return. Thank you, guys, so much!

Nous sommes allés manger au 10ème étage et là mention spéciale à Pace (serveuse du restaurant ) d’une gentillesse et d’une serviabilité remarquables. Bravo à elle. Les chambres sont bien agencées. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Dommage par contre de ne pas avoir accès en journée à la terrasse du 10ème tour comme l’espace convivialité car fermés et ne rouvrent qu’à 17h. Quand on a une attente aussi longue d’un nouveau vol restée à l’accueil est bien long même si café, thé et eau et wifi sont là à volonté. Merci pour votre accueil et adresse à recommander.
