  子連れで2泊しました。近くにPanda expressなどのお店がたくさんあり、少し歩けばスーパーマーケットもあり、とても便利でした。 お部屋にボトルウォーターはありませんが、お湯やコーヒーのサービスがあり、氷製造機も置いてあります。 ヘアドライヤーが使えない状態だったので交換をお願いしたら新品を持ってきてくれたり、 トイレが流れにくくて困ってると伝えたら、清掃スタッフを派遣して流れるように直してくれたりしました。 朝食もたくさん種類があって楽しめました。特に焼き立てパンケーキ🥞は美味しかったです。 バスルームもしっかりホットシャワーが出ました。 3月初めの時期でプールで泳ぐには少し寒かったけど、子どもと泳ぎました。プールタオルを貸してもらえたのもよかったです。 Home2というホテルと同じ建物にあるホテルです。

  The TRU is a very overrated and priced mid level hotel. Rooms have a small hanger over the coffee pot area and two wall hooks for clothes. Sheets and covers are less than Walmart quality. Pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. No desk. The Tru doesn’t even afford the quality of a college dorm room. Cleaning service provided every other day. Would never recommend or stay in another TRU. Marriott mid level hotels superior to Hiltons. Overpriced at a non refundable rate of $363 for one night.

  Stayed at this hotel many times before for business, as a lifetime diamond member, they were always very accommodating when my jobs change or got cancelled. However with new management, Chantel was very unaccommodating. Saying they would only make exceptions if it was out my control, yet having a job assignment cancelled is out of my control, but didn’t want to cancel w/o penalty. Also, using the excuse that they’re sold out when there were still rooms available online to book didn’t add up. Hotel standards are declining, with dirty rooms infested with bugs. If you forget anything in the room, it’s gone as the staff will keep it & say they never found it or it was thrown out. Unprofessional & low standards because they have a good location. Will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

  Great place! 10th floor restaurant has awesome views of the lagoon and planes taking off.Reasonable food prices,good food and great happy hour.Get a room overlooking the lagoon

  Took Hours to get checked in even with my friends Hilton Rewards. They took our deposit for a shuttle to the Cruise we were going on. Thank Goodness we came down early because they never set it up, they had to do it all over, and call, then the driver was arguing that we did not give him enough money despite us having fewer people and paying for them because they cancelled last minute, luckily we were not late for the Cruise Embarcation.
