  My mother surprised me and my fiance with a surprise trip to visit our family down here and we had a fantastic time. It was close to the airport so it wasn’t too much of a hassle to get over though it is in a high traffic area which is something to be mindful of. The rooms were what was to be expected well clean and put nicely together but there were some spots that didn’t seem to be vacuumed. Really the star of this trip was our experience with the service. Upon check in we had this lovely young man Angel that made sure we had everything we could possibly need and with a positive attitude. It was very refreshing to have a nice conversation in such a fast paced city. Each time we needed to call down for fresh towels or direction advice he was also sure to give it. If their service is like his all the time I would 100% stay here again!

  Not much to like about this place other than location. Got stuck here for two nights during travel chaos as other hotels were already sold out. There is a Starbucks and great Italian restaurant a two minute walk away which was good. Rooms and common areas are dirty, just not clean. Service is minimal at best and unwilling to help with standard requests (ex. housekeeping every other day, late checkout not available). Airport shuttle is handy but complimentary breakfast is a no-go, even the coffee was borderline drinkable.

  Don’t choose this hotel when the airline gives you a free room. Further from the airport than advertised Gave me the worst room in the hotel (2nd floor next to elevator, ADA room) dirty, reminds me of my college dorm room. Manager was rude, not a positive experience

  Uninhabitable room – AC cannot be turned off in any room We had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this hotel. The air conditioning system is automated and cannot be turned off. Our room was freezing even when the thermostat showed OFF. The front desk confirmed that all rooms have the same issue and that maintenance was not available until the next morning. I was traveling with my elderly mother (over 70 years old), and the room conditions were unsafe and uninhabitable for her. Offering extra blankets is not a solution when the AC cannot be controlled. We were forced to check out and leave the hotel late at night, yet the hotel refused to issue any refund or compensation, despite being unable to provide a habitable room. This is not a matter of preference — it is a basic habitability and health issue. I strongly advise others, especially families with elderly guests, to avoid this hotel.

  Room was nice, nice view. Didn't like that they said that Hilton Honors members could only stay in the 3rd floor or less. I thought we would be allowed more options not less. The AC wasn't working well. Not enough shower towels. They only gave us 2 . The breakfast food was not as good as I expected. On the upside the view was excellent, the people were nice, the size of room was nice and updated. It's just the lack of towels, AC not working well and not being allowed to stay on a higher floor that was a bummer and the food could have been a little better. The price was decent if the those things were fixed. Would stay again if they let me stay in a higher floor, give us more towels and have a better working AC. I can deal with the food situation.
