  I had a wonderful experience at Staybridge Suites in Miami. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well-managed, but what really made my stay stand out was the service at the front desk. I want to give a special shout-out to Marc at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He made check-in quick and easy, answered all my questions with patience, and offered great recommendations for the area. Throughout my stay, Marc went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, and his hospitality truly set the tone for the entire visit. The suite itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, a useful kitchenette, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The common areas were well kept, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Staybridge Suites Miami—especially if you’re lucky enough to be checked in by Marc at the front desk.

  The hotel is very good: friendly staff, clean and comfortable facilities, and a convenient location. However, the noise at night is a serious issue. Airplanes fly very low, and there is constant train traffic including loud train horns throughout the night which made it almost impossible for me to sleep. I actually had to move to another hotel just to be able to rest. It’s a nice property, but anyone who needs a quiet environment should be aware of this.

  I appreciate the service of the two ladies Yanelis and Yeraldi at the caffe and breakfast area who were both very helpful and friendly every morning. They both did everything they could to make sure that morning breakfast was ready and fresh.

  I’ll start with saying I don’t Normally leave reviews, but I had to. I called the front desk today to see why the final charges haven’t been charged and why I haven’t received an email. The front desk lady said she sent me an email. I still haven’t received one almost an hour later. The stay experience was NOT the absolute best. The housekeeping was not great at all. I practically had to beg for anything I asked for. Which wasn’t much, an example being towels. The room wasn’t even vacuumed when I checked in. When I called the front desk requested a change of bedding and someone to vacuum. Nobody ever came and I had to call twice to the front desk. Finally I took it upon myself to find the housekeeper. I had to get my own bedding and make my own bed and then I had to vacuum my own room. After not feeling well and trying to recover, this made things very inconvenient. As well as when I arrived the room had no pans at all. So I called the front desk to get them and was told some would be brought up. We had to ask an additional 4 times. Finally after almost 12hrs I go downstairs. Extremely upset and the front desk lady says I’ll text them to bring you some pans. Almost an hour and a half later. We finally got the pans. Not to mention the loud construction noise right near my room. For the amount of money I spent and how long I stayed. The customer service and housekeeping was very subpar. I can say though, the valet guys and male staff around the facility were very nice. The front desk girls and housekeepers definitely need some sort of customer service training. Or better support from management. I arrived expecting good service and left with a horrible experience of this place.

  Staying here for a week good rooms parking sucks tho unless u pay 20 a day you'll need yo find a parking in the streets. Staff is very friendly specially Yanelis & Yeraldy ❤️ definitely made my day, aparte de ser hermosas eran muy amables conmigo me ayudaron durante el desañuno muy limpias gracias a ellas regresare a quedarme aqui
