- TPTJ Patel6 days ago3.0This is a mediocre place. We stay at Suites to have convenience of Kitchen/Utensils etc. This place could do a makeover for sure, very old, dirty carpet and sofa. Crowded and lack of service at breakfast which wasn't at par. Staff isn't really ready to help customers. Hotel charges $20+ per night for valet service but gentleman managing service during day isn't happy bringing car back for us to get our stuff from the car. Not worth it.

We were supposed to be on an evening flight out of Miami, but our flight got cancelled and we found out we were going to have to spend the night in Miami. Called several hotels that wouldn't help us. Staybridge went above and beyond making sure we had a bed to sleep in, arranging a special pick-up from the airport and really taking care of us!

I have been HORRIBLY disappointed in our stay thus far. We have been in Florida for a week already and planned on doing laundry before boarding our cruise. All Laundry machines are broken. The response was "sorry". We needed the pull out bed for our son to sleep on. No sheets. Had to go downstairs to get our sheets ourselves and when we asked for pillows, we were told "We are full and have no more pillows" How do you NOT have pillows for the pull outs? The Valet is nice and that service is great. But the rest of the stay has been disappointing.

First off the shuttle was perfect! Amazing front desk team made check in flawless! Room & entire property is pristine! The breakfast was wonderful so many options- I was surprised considering it is complementary. And to actually see the manager running around during breakfast with refill pitchers to keep everyone comfortable and full! The love & care we have received since check in is absolutely outstanding! Especially front desk huge thank you to Andy. This is now our hotel for all of our future cruises!
- EMesther mutomboDec 19, 20255.0We stayed here the night before our cruise and its a nice hotel. They have a cute little kitchen area which is nice. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. There is a hotdog stand about a two minute walk near by which was great. The free breakfast had a lot of options and the food was good. My husband is vegan and he was able to have fruit and cereal with the almond milk. The lady who checked us in was very nice and gave us some info on cool places to check out in the city. They also had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel which was convenient. I had to call and let them know our arrival location and they came to pick us up. Andy at the front desk was super helpful too. Would stay here again next time we cruise for sure!
