  Awesome stay. Pool and poolside bar were awesome! Gym wasn't bad smith machine for squats and bench for bench press. Small but efficient. Hot tub nice view from pool. Mall right across the street walking distance. Housekeeping was on point and the valet parking included with the room charge. Staying in Miami for vacation was great for a number of reasons but this hotel was one of them.

  My family and I stayed here on Monday, January 5th, and the service was fantastic. Nikolas and Lina at the front desk were very friendly, quick, and professional during check-in. The room was spotless thanks to the housekeeper, Alba. We had a very pleasant night and got the rest we needed. The breakfast was also very good in the morning. I loved it! I would return without hesitation. Thanks to the excellent service, friendliness, and knowledge of the staff. Don't forget the Valet Parking guys, they were very professional too! Thank you! Mi familia y yo nos hospedamos aqui el Lunes Enero 5 y la atencion fue fantastica. Nikolas y Lina en el front desk fueron muy amables, rapidos y profesionales durante el check in. La habitacion estaba super limpia gracias a la housekeeper Alba. Pasamos una noche muy amena y descansamos, que era lo que nos hacia falta. Muy bueno el desayuno tambien por la manana. Me encanto!!!! Regresaria sin pensarlo. Gracias al buen servicio, amabilidad, y conocimiento de los empleados. No me olvido de los empleados del Valet Parking. Fueron rapidos y muy amables tambien. Gracias!!!!

  The hotel is super nice and the room is amazing. Staff service needs to be worked on however. I called the hotel about an issue with my husband’s name being on the booking the day after I booked it. They told me it was fine but they either didn’t understand my issue or forgot to fix it. I told them he was not going to be with me it was my sister and I. They told me it was fine and they still asked for my husbands ID. Communication really needs work. Great otherwise

  Nuvo Suites Miami is a great hotel choice if you want a comfortable, American‑style stay with practical amenities and a relaxed vibe. I stayed here recently and I really enjoyed my time overall. One of the best things about this hotel is the in‑room washer and dryer, which felt very convenient and made me feel at home instead of just in a hotel room. Many of the suites also have a full kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, so you can cook or prepare meals if you want to save money or just relax after a long day.  The rooms are big and comfortable, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The suite I had looked out over a parking lot and nearby shops including a Best Buy, which might not be scenic but is actually quite useful if you need anything during your stay. The living area felt open and practical, and it reminded me of an extended‑stay apartment more than a typical hotel room.  The swimming pool and rooftop bar area were another highlight. The pool itself is perfect for cooling off and relaxing, and the bar gives you a nice place to enjoy a drink in the Miami sunshine or in the evenings with views over the local area. It added a fun, social feel to the stay.  Another big convenience was valet parking included with the stay, which makes it easy if you have a car or are renting one while in Miami. The hotel is also very close to shopping centres such as Dolphin Mall and Miami International Mall, as well as plenty of restaurants and food options just a short walk or drive away.  Parking was easy and the hotel felt authentically American in the best way, with many of the comforts you expect in the United States and plenty of room to relax. The location is a bit outside the main Miami centre, but it is still acceptable and makes sense if you want to be close to the airport, shopping, or wider Miami areas. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming rather than rushed or impersonal. There are also free bicycle rentals and a small gym, adding to the sense that this is a place where you can stay a few days without feeling bored or stuck.

  Este hotel/ motel es un verdadero desastre. Elevadores que no funcionan gente atrapada en ellos. Desayuno precario . Ruidos en las habitaciones Limpieza inexistente . Y el personal muy mal educado Todos te atienden mal. No se salva ni 1. Olor a marihuana en la piscina UN DESASTRE!!!!!
