  We had a lovely 4-night stay at the Intercontinental Miami. The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. Our room was quite spacious and comfortable. We had an oceanfront room on an upper floor which had nice views. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises from our room. The club lounge access was well worth the price. It offers a nice breakfast buffet and happy hour with drinks & food. Seating throughout the property was comfortable and inviting. The fitness center was quite large. The spa and pool area was quite nice. The hotel restaurants are quite good with excellent food, although pricey as one would expect. The hotel is conveniently located near Bayview Park, which was a nice place to walk with many eateries and shops.

  Our stay at the InterContinental was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and genuinely taken care of. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly maintained, with a calm and luxurious atmosphere that makes it ideal both for relaxation and business travel. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably clean, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The amenities were of high quality, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. The location is also excellent, making it easy to enjoy the surroundings while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. What truly made our stay outstanding, however, was the level of service — especially at the Club InterContinental. We would like to give special recognition to Mr. Andre Danielato and Ms. Patricia, whose professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a significant difference. They went above and beyond to ensure that every visit to the Club Lounge was a delightful experience. Their warm attitude, attentiveness, and willingness to help created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere that made us feel truly valued as guests. Thanks to their exceptional service, the Club InterContinental experience felt personal, refined, and memorable. It is rare to encounter such dedicated and thoughtful hospitality, and it undoubtedly elevated our entire stay. We sincerely recommend the InterContinental to anyone looking for high standards, comfort, and outstanding service. We will definitely return and are grateful to the entire team — especially Andre and Patricia — for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.

  Excelente e impecável hotel! Alguns pontos relevantes que reforçam a estadia 5 estrelas: - Pantufas e roupões impecáveis - Amenidades de excelente qualidade - Café e água inclusos - Ótimo espaço e tamanho do quarto - Cama, travesseiros e lençóis limpos e confortáveis - Ótima localização - Check-in e check-out feitos de forma rápida e eficiente - Atenção e cuidado em relação ao meu aniversário de casamento citado na compra da hospedagem. No geral, todos os colaboradores foram muito profissionais e tudo funcionou em perfeita ordem. A propriedade é super nova e impecavelmente bem cuidada.

  El señor del Vale Parking fue muy grosero hacia mi persona, ya que simplemente estaba buscando Informacion, lo cual no me atendió adecuadamente luego que parquee mi Auto me empezó a gritar que moviera mi auto de allí lo cual uno de sus compañeros le dirigió la palabra y le dijo, déjalo que él simplemente va a ser una consulta en el lobby, lo cual yo continué mi camino y cuando me fui a montar en el carro para retirarme, él me dijo una grosería, lo cual le entendí perfectamente para no hacerle más larga. A esto. Decidí continuar con tranquilidad y prefiero publicar esto por este medio, sin más nada que agregar. Espero y aspiro que actúen de inmediato porque no se puede tener esta cosa trabajando al público. Adjunto foto

  I’m local to Miami and while I’ve never had the chance (or reason, since I live a few blocks away) to stay in the hotel, I love it for all the amazing events and culture this hotel brings to our community. Everything from puppy meetups, to salsa festivals, to yoga on the rooftop and features of local artists. This hotel is practically a local cultural community institution! Most recently, I went for the “Frosty’s Hideaway” experience and had an amazing time. I know there are so many of these Christmas bars around town and they can all be a bit gimmicky or pricey, not to say this one wasn’t pricey (the fees from the booking tool were pretty high) but I really loved how intimate and special this experience felt. The space was small and cozy, not fitting maybe more than 12 people so great to get to chat with others. Above all, Carlos our bartender made sure we had an amazing time and was a fantastic host. He was very personable and even shared a bit about his own stories everything from his experience coming to Miami from Cuba to his knowledge of cocktails. Thank you for a fantastic, festive evening Carlos! It really felt like a special little gathering in someone’s living room, and like I said, really appreciate all that Intercontinental brings to the community and always happy to supper this establishment.
