  We stayed here ahead of our very first cruise. The hotel is amazingly located so we ventured out down the Board Walk for a meal which so happened to be Valentines. The rooms were welcoming and well appointed, not to mention super clean. We used the gym as it worked off TechnoGym so I got my points in on our gym app. We of course are booking here ahead of our cruises in October and December this year too. We have got a charge on our card from staying here which we are not sure what it is but I am sure they will advise us what it is or rectify it as we didn't take any extras from the room etc.

  Not the luxury hotel I was expecting. The check-in process was easy and the room had a terrific view and was a great location. The beds and pillows are worn and did not allow for the best sleep.The room did not cool to the settings on the AC. The towels had holes, which you would not expect at even a budget hotel. The hotel lost power in the evening for several hours, which contributed to the heat. It finally came back on around 9p, but I was never able to get on the internet.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Definitely will be back! Room was VERY clean, bedding was like sleeping on a cloud, loved the automatic blackout curtains. We booked a club level room and enjoyed the breakfast, coffee machine and evening cocktail hour. It was too cold to lay out when we were there but pool was beautiful, awesome view with nice bay-view bar. No complaints.

  Wir waren als Familie fünf Tage im InterContinental in Miami und waren wirklich rundum zufrieden. Wir hatten Frühstück inklusive und das hat sich total gelohnt. Unser Zimmer war für vier Personen echt richtig geräumig – damit hatten wir so gar nicht gerechnet. Auch das Bad war schön groß und alles war immer sauber. Das Housekeeping kam jeden Tag und hat wirklich gründlich sauber gemacht, nicht nur schnell drübergewischt. Das merkt man einfach. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker. Es gab viel Auswahl und für jeden war etwas dabei. Besonders positiv ist uns aufgefallen, wie freundlich wirklich alle Mitarbeiter waren – egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder beim Housekeeping. Man hat sich einfach willkommen gefühlt. Ein absolutes Highlight war die Aussicht – wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf das Wasser und die vielen Schiffe. Gerade abends war das richtig schön. Also wir können das Hotel als Familie absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. 😊

  This hotel is the best if the best. We were so pleasantly greeted by Pueblo upon check in. He was so welcoming. He explained to me where things were located throughout the property. He asked us questions to help recommend points of interest and eateries. He highly recommended the hotel bar and it was a hit. We were greeted by two friendly and smiling bartenders. I asked for a signature cocktail thats popular in the area. She poured me a tropical martini that was great! She made my husband a Hurricane that was better than some that we have had in New Orleans. The room was a beautiful ocean view with miles of beautiful waters and city views. It was oversized, clean and so comfortable. We had no problems with outside noise and slept perfect. The hotel in located in an amazing locations with many local eateries within walking distance. For amazing late night Chinese checkout Kitsune House that is an easy walk nearby for an affordable price and unbeatable food. We had the buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant that had a large variety with an omelet station. It was $38.99 a person and while some things were enjoyable I will skip it on my next visit as I did not feel the enjoyment fit the price. This was my first visit to this property but will not be my last. If you are looking for an amazing location, beautiful views, friendly staff (including bellmen, valet, front desk, bartenders, concierge even asked if she could help me because I was looking around for my husband and she thought I needed the elevators, front desk and restaurant staff then you need to stay here.
