Stayed here before and after my cruise. No place for food. We did go next door to the other hilton property for dinner one night. Breakfast was hit and miss. The Mexican selection is no good. Really can do without. The tater tots were hard. Front desk is very accommodating to alm travelers arriving early having to wait. There is transport to the cruise lines but u have to find ur way back. I had reservations to stay after the cruise and they dont pick u up. Ummm overall it was ok. My first nights stay I was in room 401...then after the cruise I stayed for 2 nights and had room 301. I dont like how the living room TV is up against the wall of the bedroom. Then there are air return vents in to the room right about the TV. So u can hear the TV in the bedroom even with the door closed. So it's the battle of the blasting tv's.

There isn't anyplace you can walk to for food. Breakfast was marginal. No butter ever, they ran out of fruit by 8am. They did not keep items filled or tables cleared. Not welcoming at all. The shuttle was a joke. An hour wait and they passed us by 3 times. I also called the front desk 3 times. No dish towels in kitchen. It was once a great place but is now poorly run. I've been to cheaper hotels with better and friendly breakfast attendants. I've never experienced a hotel not having butter and running out of fresh fruit immediately. They also never did get butter for your toast or waffles while I was there for 2 days. Computers wouldn't print boarding passes, odd.

Booked their Park, Stay, and Go rate for a one night stay and seven days parking while on a cruise along with the one-way transfer to the port of Miami. The problem with this rate is the parking is onlty for 7 nights total, so your night in the hotel is not covered and they charge $15 to park that night. Additionally, once at the hotel, the person checking us in tried to charge for parking for the entire time even though it was included in the price ofhte room. He kept insisting that the parking was not pad on the reservation. After 5 minutes of trying to explain that parking was included with our rate, he finally realized and gave us a parking pass after charging the $15 for the first night. The hallways and rooms are dated and need updating as they are showing wear and tear, but ar generally clean.
The next morning when we were trying to checkout and find the transportation to the port, the female working the desk now insists that we do not have a reservation on a shuttle to the port and must pay for that transfer. This happened even though I have and showed her the transfer paperwork the guy gave us on checkin. She kept saying she was going to charge us because the previous employee erroneously gave us a transfer without charging us. After another couple minutes explaining to her that she would not be charging us because we already paid for it in our room rate she backed down.
As far as breakfast and the rest of the stay it was generally good, with some minor noise from the airport but not bad enough to cause issues.
For the shuttle there are only 2 departure times to the port either 10 AM or Noon. The first shuttle took almost an hour to get to the Royal Caribbean terminal. We had friends on the second shuttle and it ended up leaving the hotel almost an hour late to the same terminal.
Biggest point with this whole stay was that thye are trying to nickel and dime customers to death and will try charging for items that have already been paid for, so carefully examine all charges from this place.

Stayed here while on vacation and the toilet overflowed and room became flooded , called the front desk and was advised to come get some towels and a plunger because no one was available, the room had a stitch all night because we weren’t even given enough towels to clean the water up because the front desk said other people had towels out ,I was told we would have to wait till morning for more towels because all towels were being washed , we also had to go to the lobby the remaining of our stay to use the bathroom. That next morning unable to get a proper bath before leaving because no one had come to clean the room still at 9 am next day . I reached out to a manager about my situation and was told the most they could do was take off 30 dollars and apologize for my restroom flooding.
