- SASam Allison2 days ago1.0Rooms are pretty good but do NOT stay here for the free airport shuttle or plan on using it. They had one shuttle running, servicing 3 hotels. The lines for the shuttle were unreal and it felt like we were in a third world country competing for seats on a bus. We waited 20 minutes for the first bus which left without us, then 35 minutes later it was finally back but some people who had a "ticket" that was handed out by the previous driver were allowed on but not others. We secured this magical ticket that time, and 38 minutes later we made it onto the shuttle. We then rode around and we were the last hotel drop-off. Our plane landed at 6:01 and we arrived at the hotel at 7:59. Please don't make our mistake.

This was by far the worst Homewood Suites I have stayed at. Actually the worst Hilton family hotel I have stayed at. Breakfast had all expired stuff so be careful, yogurt was 28 days past due.
